I've been to this location many times over the years .went for breakfast this morning ,I place my order ,I ask for eggs sunny side up brown toast , halfway through she rudley cuts me off asking if it's dine in or take out ,then after I say dine in she then asks for my order all over again what kind of toast eggs etc .there's lots of a&ws in this city .don't think I'll be coming back to this one again

This is my go to A&W for me. I have come here a lot in the past few years when I used to work night shifts. The staff have always been easy to understand, been professional and have never made a mistake on my orders. I still go this location because of the staff. The food is great but the people working here are my favorite out of any of the other A&W restaurants in the city. Thank you for the great services!

I'm not sure what happened but they've since hired some of the dumbest people I've ever seen. I don't know why it's so hard to make a burger but it is and also find myself having to repeat myself multiple times over and still have them get it wrong. It used to be good but not anymore.

When I came here the lady working at the till was rude and she had disgusting nails with cracked nail polish. You could see all the dirt under her nails through the cracked polish. Nail polish isn’t allowed to be worn for restaurant workers because what if somebody gets some of your chipped off nail polish in their food. Im happy she didn’t touch any of my food but she was handling the food through the drive thru.
