Pretty quite place...not a lot of people when I go there

The experience at this A&W left me feeling like I needed to be sanitized. Have a really hot shower. There were quite a few homeless people in and out. Using the bathroom and such. The women’s bathroom floor was flooded and the bathroom was dirty. No toilet paper. When staff were told about the state of the washroom a lazy attempt was made to attend to it. When the staff was informed the second time that the bathroom needed attendance that the floor was flooded, there was a nasty used Band-Aid in one of the stalls as well as blood. Again they went in and made a lazy attempt to deal with it. The third time that it was brought to their attention, I asked one of the female staff members to come into the bathroom so I can show them the state of the bathroom. The floor again was flooded. The Band-Aid was still on the floor in the one stall there was still blood on the floor in the other stall. The Toilet paper that had been placed into one of the stalls was filthy. It had mud and some rubble on it Now I don’t know about you, but I don’t feel like wiping myself with this nasty toilet paper. The restaurant itself was dead. And there were so many dirty tables. I noticed the staff definitely had time to stand around and chat, but not time to clean.

Ordered takeout inside the store, Manish and Jhad give us really good service. The staff are very nice and the services is excellent. Will definitely go back again.

I had an awesome experience at the A&W drive-thru thanks to Avneet! She was super friendly and polite over the intercom, and her voice was clear and welcoming. When I pulled up to the window, she greeted me with a big smile and made sure my order was correct and fresh. The service was quick, but she still took the time to be kind and professional. It’s clear she cares about making customers feel appreciated—even in a busy drive-thru. Huge shoutout to Avneet for making my day!

Very delicious food We forgot to order lettuce tomato and sauce in the burger but avneet help us alot and she gave us new burger 🍔 which was so fresh….

Can’t use Offers on my App! I politely says that do I have to - she says that I have to. But others AW in Devon, Edson, Hinton has not demand that I have to order on the app. Have to order OnLine, she said. I tried in front of her… credit card information? and can not use my AW gift card. So I thanks her and left. Go to Tim Horton This AW store not only lost my business today but forever
