Never Give Up
After getting coffee at this location for months. Unless I ask for fresh coffee it's rarely fresh. Today was the worst coffee ever. Forgot to ask for fresh coffee. It wasn't simply not fresh it was mildly almost lukewarm. It is absolutely horrible to drive away and get kilometer down the road only to sip lukewarm slop. So I give up on this place

I wanted to fix my uber eats order because their website says to call for any changes to your order but they refused to answer my phone every time I called. I was unable to get through to them for 20 minutes and my food was eventually picked up without any changes to it. Very annoying that at night no one can be bothered to answer a phone call
All our food was way below standard. I think the oil was rancid as both the fries and onion rings tasted so bad we threw them out. The veggies on the mozzarella burgers were soggy and off tasting. Disappointed to saw the least.

I visited the A&W on Calgary Trail to purchase two Veggie Nanak Burgers and onion rings. However, when I got home and tried the onion rings, they tasted absolutely disgusting. It seemed as though the oil hadn’t been changed for weeks, which is unacceptable for any establishment serving food. Unfortunately, this led to stomach issues afterward.
This is a serious health concern, and I urge the owner to address this matter immediately. Proper food preparation and hygiene are non-negotiable.
