The guy working the over night drive thru 03/20 needs a serious attitude adjustment . He took rudeness to a whole new level . Literally threw my food out the window and just said .. “HERE” with an aggressive tone .Unacceptable behaviour… I will be taking it to head office .

I ordered a lettuce wrapped burger numerous times, and 2 out of 3 burgers were terrible. Lettuce thrown around the meat with tiny pieces of lettuce, which is not a wrap.Another time, the lettuce was wilted and paper thin.The meat itself tasted good, but if you are going to offer lettuce wrapped, then please wrap the burger and not use the paper to keep it together. Your parking lot was very icy as well and not maintained to prevent falls.

When you order the exact same burger and always ask for extra onion and every other location charges 30 cents for onion rings.And this place get the bright idea of charging full price for a small onion ring portion because thought hey let's make even more of this burger.Extra onion on a burger is only two onion rings ...... this is theft to highest.After deligating with them they brought it down to 1.50 but I didn't like the fact that they tried to over charge me.Figure your stuff out thank you..probably won't come back here and I'll make sure to tell my friends of the type of service they will expect here.

The food here is delicious. And I'm not entirely sure if they're short staffed but it does seem the drive thru is pretty back up at lunch at this location and it does take like over 10 minutes for each customer to be served. So if you have 30 mins for lunch break it doesn't really work out... Fast food service at drive thru is necessary.

I ordered online delivery, when I arrived they indicated that it was already closed, the woman impudently took my phone, although I said that I didn’t want to give my phone (I showed everything and everything was visible), she was very outraged by the order, I hope that they didn’t spit on my order when they were preparing

Really disappointed in A&W.. the price of the food is outrageous.. quality has went down...I paid 50 bucks for 3 sandwiches 1 Frie and 3 drinks.... they didn't even ring in my orders as combos. Then they tried to charge me for my fries... after them not taking my order properly... very very disappointing

Special thanks to A & W Store #1540 located at 4130 Calgary Trail South. The quality of the food at this location is always excellent to the point at which we get take-out here almost every week. We used to alternate between McDonalds and Wendy's with a trip to A & W once in awhile, that has now changed. Keep up the great work team, the food here is excellent!!!
