Unfortunately I have to deduct 3 stars over all because they don't offer the option of the raw sugar anymore so if you want your coffee sweetened you're forced to use the white sugar which I consider to be poison but I have to have my coffee sweeted somehow and it's better to use white sugar than that artificial sweetener which is actually used in rat poison and is much more poisonous than white sugar. Used to be better before when you could actually help yourself to the cream and sugar but not anymore and I'm not really sure why that's changed but other than that, the food was good and the staff is mostly friendly but could be improved a bit more on some of the staff that seem a little bit miserable at times. This could be due to the change of management if there has been any recent changes or if the same management, they're just loosing their touch and getting lazy. Only God knows.

What is it with restaurants and closing the lobby before closing hours. Not all customers can use the drive through. I’m not going to expect service past lobby closing hours but if closing is 10pm and it’s not 10pm - the doors should be open. If you want time to clean up the lobby, post the hours to 9:30 then

My son dropped his burger on the floor and they so kindly gave us a new one at no charge. Good food and service.
I ordered a buddy burger meal with a tea and honey, Parker served me at the cash register. She was extremely nice and very helpful and fast, I'm very impressed with the quality of service and food

Food is good but customer service could have been better instead of treating customer rushinh to order could not even spare a minute to think what to order in Drive thru employee. Customer is not always right but never ever rush your customer to order something. Im so dissappointed.
