Clearly the language barrier prevented me from getting the meal I ordered.A&W is getting too expensive anyway, I will stroke it from my fast food choices.Wendy's is a far better deal and good food you also get what you order.If you don't want bad reviews hire people that can understand English.

Ordered through Skip. Double Teen Burger. I also ordered a Papa burger, which is still in the bag. On my second bite, I started to choke and the food would not stay down. I ran to my kitchen sink and threw up. But no meat came out but it was all dark grey foam. I believe they served me the "Non Meat" patties. How does a burger turn into foam in your mouth in 10 seconds or less? I Spoke with Skip The Dishes. They don't guarantee the quality of the food. I called A&W and all I got was "phone too noisy, I can't hear you"

Ordered from drive thru on Saturday March 30 at 10pm the Asian lady that was in the window is a disaster no hospitality at all and before me she was arguing with a Uber driver that she gave him thumbs down on the app for no reason, very bad

Pur family absolutely loves A&W, this location, however, not so much. In Feb 2024, we went to this location and ended up leaving before we could order. The staff at the counter were very impatient, loud and seemed inconvenienced to be at work. The customer ahead of us had not finished paying and the cashier yelled right over top of her" hey you, what do you want?". We were taken aback and waited under the customer infront of us had finished paying and moved to the side. The cashier yelled several more times "what do you want?" Until we informed them of how rude they were coming accross. Once told they were rude the staff member retorted by saying "I'm not being rude, you're too slow". Asked to see the supervisor and he seemed fairly unsurprised that the staff member we wanted to talk to him about was being rude. While trying to make our complaint thw staff member continued to yell from behind their supervisor "I'm not being rude! I'm not f'n rude!". We decided to find somewhere else to eat. Still love A&W but will not support this location based on the experience.
Let’s take a minute to appreciate the customer service by a girl at drive thru . It was so good . We ordered 3 combos and she hardly took 2 minutes for that . ??

The last few times ? Or more the night shift girl , I am sure now that she has become very racist , after tonight , like the few nights over the past few months ; she has either told us they either closes for cleaning or just closes for night,tonight February 12 2024 , we she saw us driving up the parking lot , we stopped to order she refused to answer us at the munue speaker ,even honked the horn . So we backed up then went across the street , where they were all smiles super polite, not like the B.S. The way she lies to us elderly Indigenous Elders . Just racist respect is what the A&W , drive thru night offers ignorance certain people . Forgot to add while we where at McDonalds we , watched ,A&W , serve to vehicle's after they refused to answer us when tried to order ?

Had a Teen combo and the burger tasting nothing like it should. The patty was pale and bland. I'm wondering if they served me the beyond meat patty. Better not have.
