Ordered two Mama burger combos at the drive through and asked for fresh fries. At the window she reassured us the fries were fresh but they were NOT. As well the burgers were lukewarm. Interestingly we ate at this same location last week but inside and our food was excellent. Not sure why there is such a stark difference between the quality of food when using the drive through and when eating inside the restaurant.

They refused to take my coupons that were expired only for two days! It happens December 30th 2025 at 6:12pm! Usually a&w a very nice and still allow us to apply expired coupons but not this time! We were so hungry and she refused it! Good luck! We are going to other near place 👍

Ordered for delivery and the one root beer float was stale and the uncle burger was stale and the meat wasn't cooked enough DO BETTER A&W EMPLOYEES YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK FOR THE PEOPLE STRAIGHT UP FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE TO WORK. ALL ALONG 23AVE IS GOING DOWN HILL.

Be careful with this A&W location – very dishonest practices. Once again, I was charged for an item I never ordered and never received, even though I was the only customer in the drive-thru at that moment. There was no chance of mixing up my order with someone else’s. When I went back to point it out, there was no apology at all. They refunded me in cash even though I had paid by card, which felt like an attempt to avoid leaving a record in the system. This wasn’t the first time something like this happened here. It has occurred multiple times, so I’m warning other customers: always check your receipt, even at the drive-thru, because it’s very easy to get overcharged at this location. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I do not recommend this A&W.
