Been here before and the food has been stale from being held. Tonight I asked for my meal to be made fresh and the cashier said “we make everything fresh” and proceeded to give me warmer held food. Liars.

Went to this location Saturday Nov 16th around 7:30pm. I order the mushroom mama burger combo and my husband ordered something for himself on drive thru. Unfortunately the burger I got was absolutely inedible. The whole burger tasted like how burnt plastic smells. I picked apart the burger and located the problem. The mushrooms were bad, like weirdly bad. I love mushrooms and never was I left with a taste that stained my mouth as bad as that burger. I went inside to tell the staff that something is wrong with their quality control. I never took and refund and refused a remake as I have no trust in what they are serving. The staff seemed disingenuous however I just wanted them to know so someone doesn’t get sick.

They've given me no reason to return. Super SLOW. Always. I waited in a very UN-busy drive-thru for 16 minutes, for a simple hash brown and Mama burger. That is so unacceptable ! Staff that can't speak English and no idea what they're doing. Cold food. The cooking staff has no clue how to time multiple items. This place is a disaster and I'm glad to say I won't go back.

Maps says they're open 24 hours, signs lit up around the restaurant say they're open, but the staff will just ignore you sitting in the drive through. I phoned while sitting there and they said they're "closed until midnight." I pointed out the sign flashing open and they just repeated that they're closed. I've also gone to this location based on a mail-out advertising a product just to be told they don't have that product. Why advertise it, then?

We decided to visit because we often receive their flyers, and the prices looked attractive. We used a coupon for "2 Bacon & Egger sandwiches, 2 small coffees, and 2 hash browns for only CAD $11.49".
The staff was very nice, and we did not have to wait long to pick up our order.
The sandwiches contained bacon, cheese and eggs in soft burger buns. Although the egg was thinner than McDoxxxx's, the overall quality was pretty good.
The hash browns were freshly fried that day. As for the coffee, it was typical for a fast food restaurant.
I was quite surprised to see that they offer a variety of jams for pancakes and toast, including strawberry, blueberry, red currant, orange, as well as honey and caramel syrup. This is the most options I have seen in any restaurant so far.

Preferred my meal and waited. I watched 10 people get served before me who ordered after me. After the line was done I was asked for my order I informed them that I had already ordered. The person running the till did not believe me so she took about 5 minutes verifying with her team that I was telling the truth. She put my two grandpa burgers in a bag on the counter for me. I asked for 2 cups, she reluctantly gave them to me after eyeballing the computer. I got my diet cokes and the bag. I went back to the truck to find that she missed the fries. So I went back to get the fries. The lady now running the till said alright and gave me one bag of fries so I told her there were two bags of fries. So she called to the back to make another fries. All in all the food was good but 35 minutes for fast food isn’t fast.
