AS FAR AS THE RESPONSE TO EMAIL A&W, YEAH, THATS A JOKE AND A WASTE OF MY TIME YET AGAIN. NO ONE RESPONDED!
This is the first time ever first time ever. I’ve had a bad burger at A&W anywhere and A&W is the choice over Wendy’s, Burger King McDonald’s anyone and everyone.
12:01pm I was there for two single mozza burgers (always get a bag) left drive thru and travelled home as usual. Home is 8-9min away and I have never had a bad burger, this time though I put the sandwich on a plate and I was completely soaked wilted lettuce tomato smashed leaked all over the place. My mistake is I bit into it without first checking because never have I had a bad burger. Spit it out.
I took off the aforementioned and it even smelled bad. Tried one more bite, of burger cheese bacon but bun was too gross and soaked.
You can and usually do better than this, don’t think that people won’t complain as to the exact time and post it and complain.
However, the first thing they’re gonna say is come back to the store -20 out. I have to spend my time and my gas to come and complain. I don’t like having to be the one to complain, I’m more disturbed about that-being pit in that situation when it is so avoidable.
Not cool, ask anyone if they’d rather wait even an extra five minutes in line just to ensure they get the standard quality and 100% would say I’ll wait. Over 30yrs never a bad order until now.

The food at A&W has really gone downhill lately. I had to have my bacon and egger remade because it had grey bits in it. The remade one was so gross and soggy, I had 2 bites and threw it out.

I ordered through drive through and its very rare to get people that doesn't rush you. Sofia at this location was so patient and took the time to take my order and was so happy soul to deal with
Sofia was amazing! She was so nice, fast, and super friendly the entire time. She also went out of her way to accommodate my diet restrictions, which I really appreciated. Her service made the whole experience so much better.

Service was fine, but burgers were not fresh, and onion rings were very stale. Asked for fresh, and got more stale ones, that were flash fried to reheat. These were inedible. Didn’t bother trying for a third time. Would probably not eat at this location again.

Would love to be able to rate the food however I can't. It is currently 9:30pm on a Saturday night. I stopped at the drive through and received zero service even after honking and pulling up to the window. The dining area may not be open due to construction but the drive through is clearly marked as being open. So my question is, where is your staff to serve customers if you're still open?

AWesome Location! Food was excellent. Service was standard and polite. The restaurant was pleasant in appearance. I had an issue that was quickly and well resolved. Restroom was decently clean. No major issues, and I had a great time. The combo with a root beer float was worth the money. The food here is really good, best bacon cheeseburger I've had in a long time. Chili fries are awesome, onion rings too
