Do not order frozen drinks from here like shakes & frozen root beer every single time I’ve gotten one it taste like plastic not sure if it’s a machine issue or the type of cups they’re using but it’s gross.

I went through the drive tru today and ordered a kids pack meal with thr intention of using my rewards points from the app. When they scanned my rewards code it did not apply on their machine and the guy that was on service was not helping. He said he scanned it and the reward was invalid. So I had to pay for the full price, instead of of it being free. My point here is that, you could've at least helped or explained why the reward did not work. Also, I've claimed my rewards on other branches of A&W and how come this one did not work? I am truly disappointed at the service 😞

I have been a regular customer here for a good while the staff are top notch and the food is great. I would always had a gift card topped up to come here for breakfast Since the company has gotten rid of seniors discounts and breakfast coupons I have decided not to keep the cards making it less likely that I will have breakfast here.

Two times with 7days in between. Went thru drive thru to get kids chicken finger meal with made good and apple slices. Both times they are out of the slices and made good. Not impressed. 7 days and probably more than that to make sure they have what they advertise. Disappointed. Probably find another a&w.

This A&W is great! They are constantly clean and quick with their service. I went in today for the MS day and bought a teen burger. They had fresh burgers ready before I had finished pouring my drink. Impressive for how busy it was.
