I recently went to this A&W and the person I was with ordered a 6 piece chicken strips combo. The person said you didn't order any fries or a drink. We both said yes she did. The lady was going to charge her. She gave her a free drink but she had to pay for the fries. She either didn't hear her or she didn't understand . Not going back to this location

Ordered 5 momma's with cheese and fries. Took her like 5 minutes to ring it in, charged 30 bucks so charged for 5 cheeses and didn't get a single cheese. She also gave me no receipt so by the time I got home, couldn't come back for a refund. Very frustrating.

We picked up two teen burgers with onion rings in the drive-through for lunch. The burgers were just OK and the onion rings looked tired and old as the coating was not sticking to the onion, looked brown, not golden, were cold and we could pour grease from the bag they came in. Three hours later, and we have both encountered digestive issues.

Ordered 5 GameDay mama burgers and fries plus 2 hot apple turnovers but only got 2 burgers (wrong burgers) fries and 2 apple turnovers. Spoke to manager who took my name and phone number saying she would call me back after she finds out what happened to our order.After 30min I called her back only to find out she went home. Not happy with the lack of customer service from this manager,what kind of manager is she? This location owes me a refund

The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was really great. Had a good time dining there with friends. And will definitely go again.
This location needs quality control. I always look forward to the mushroom burger when it's available. Was so disappointed when I came home with 4 buddy mushroom burgers. Hardly any mushrooms on the burgers and they just looked unappetizing. I returned them since this happened to me last year at this location. They offered to remake them for me. I rather get my refund and go to another location.
