Hands down the worst A&W I have ever ordered from. Avoid if you like receiving what you ordered or you enjoy fresh food. Good reviews are bogus. This is the fast food equilivent of a black hole. Dont visit them. Drive down to 137th instead. Hopefully they will shut down. They should all lose their jobs. Eat therr and you will understand.

We had a great experience thanks to the lady working at this location. She went above and beyond by offering us a coupon to help us save some money and was kind and accommodating throughout our visit. Excellent customer service!

I ordered a Beyond meat burger and they didn’t put cheese, mayo, lettuce, or tomato. How do you forget everything and the only thing they could say was come back cuz they didn’t know. It’s gross btw

Slow drive through. Make you park and wait Atleast 15 mins each time. Sometimes as long as 30.

Legit worst A&W 95% of the time they will ask you to wait at the front when ordering through drive through

Every time I come to visit this store, first thing they say is wait. And they will serve first drive through and you have to wait for longer time to get help, they don’t prioritize walk in customer, every single time I go they will ask me to wait, it’s annoying when you have to wait for longer when you are famished. I gave up on going back again, you lost me.

Food is mostly average A&w A&w is my preferred fast food this location however has always had issues up and down in terms of service It's simply an add-on to a service station so there's not much in the way of atmosphere but consistently there are problems with staff employed there who do not seem to be able to do fast food orders
There have been many instances as I live very nearby and it's fairly common and easy for me to grab breakfast on the way to work

A simple example is today I went through the drive-thru had a hard time with the staffer named Nimish
I place my order in a straightforward manner when I went up and paid she charged incorrectly number two the food was not as ordered and I find it interesting that when we were communicating about the order she consistently seemed to lack understanding and definitely had difficulty with English

However when I complained she was able to make excuses very effectively as if she'd practiced them
I've had issues in the past the front end staff do not care and in this particular instance I think this person just gets overwhelmed even when there's only one person ordering basically this young lady should be in the back staff she should not be part of the front staff but as I said the location doesn't really seem to care too much and with A&w there's really no other method of communicating corporate makes itself unavailable all the time

Simple instructions on the app to hold the pickles, mustard, and onions. Got pickles, mustard, and onions.

Added (and charged for) cheese. Never got cheese.

Wasn’t gonna do the 15 minute drive back. But happy to voice my displeasure here
