Food is mostly average A&w A&w is my preferred fast food this location however has always had issues up and down in terms of service It's simply an add-on to a service station so there's not much in the way of atmosphere but consistently there are problems with staff employed there who do not seem to be able to do fast food orders
There have been many instances as I live very nearby and it's fairly common and easy for me to grab breakfast on the way to work

A simple example is today I went through the drive-thru had a hard time with the staffer named Nimish
I place my order in a straightforward manner when I went up and paid she charged incorrectly number two the food was not as ordered and I find it interesting that when we were communicating about the order she consistently seemed to lack understanding and definitely had difficulty with English

However when I complained she was able to make excuses very effectively as if she'd practiced them
I've had issues in the past the front end staff do not care and in this particular instance I think this person just gets overwhelmed even when there's only one person ordering basically this young lady should be in the back staff she should not be part of the front staff but as I said the location doesn't really seem to care too much and with A&w there's really no other method of communicating corporate makes itself unavailable all the time

Senile grandpa burger…

Simple instructions on the app to hold the pickles, mustard, and onions. Got pickles, mustard, and onions.

Added (and charged for) cheese. Never got cheese.

Wasn’t gonna do the 15 minute drive back. But happy to voice my displeasure here

The front person working komal was so polite and make my food excellent.10/10 all fresh and delicious.

I visited this restaurant on a Friday afternoon and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely helpful and polite from the moment I walked in. I ordered the Teen Combo and it was absolutely delicious — fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor.
I was also having some trouble with mobile app, and the manager/supervisor went above and beyond to assist me. They patiently explained how I could redeem my points, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I’m fully satisfied with the service and hospitality. I highly recommend visiting this place — great food, great staff, and great service!

Brutally slow and ineffective service. Wrong order. Not fast.

The food i order was made fresh and tasted good.
But i had the worst experience. I went on friday around 11, and a middle aged women around 50, was being very rude to the employees in kitchen. She was screaming at them and treating them like trash. I am sorry but this is not a safe working environment. I asked the manager to give me an email address where i could complain but she refused to. She gave me her personal number and said that i could complain to her and that she could then forward my complain. Maybe everyone working is too scared. This is not a safe environment for anyone, i would like someone from the higher authorities to look into this. I dont know who that was the manager or the boss, but this not anw standard. But the staff is always nice to me whenever i go.

The staff here is always so nice even late at night. They always offer to make me fresh sweet potato fries. It’s definitely my go to place if I need a quick bite on the way home.

I must express my disappointment with the service I have received at this establishment. I have never felt compelled to leave a review before, but the experience has been consistently unsatisfactory. The wait times, regardless of the level of activity, can extend up to 30 minutes, both in the drive-thru and inside. Furthermore, there seems to be a need for improved training, as I encountered difficulties while placing my order, and it was ultimately incorrect despite my repeated attempts to clarify. This situation is particularly frustrating when the staff is not occupied with other customers. Regrettably, I have decided that today will be my final visit to this location, as the issues have become quite bothersome. Good luck with your business, becuase enough times you have showen you dont care about your customers and you lack basic needs.

Really happy with my visit to this A&W. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Service was quick, and Masala Veggie Burger – full of flavor, nicely spiced, and satisfying for a vegetarian option. The Churros were – crispy, warm, fresh, and just the right amount of cinnamon. Would definitely order both again!

I come here every morning and there is not a single time where what I ask for is given to me. Also have wrong prices on the boards that don’t translate to the tills. I’ll stick with Tim Hortons where I don’t get attitude if I ask for a correct order. Also, speak English in front of customers please it’s rude to openly talk in a different language while on the sales floor.

No diversity in hiring. Got my order wrong, what was right was burnt. Charged me for a bag, didn't give me one.

I just done eating my chicken burger i dont know how they make it . Its really nasty .
The brown guy with specs eating some tobacco in his mouth while preparing my burger .probably thats why it smells the same as tobacco in my burger plz dont eat while preparing food

I paid with a $50 bill for a $12 breakfast, but they only gave me $20 in change at first — they tried to short me $18. On top of that, I had to wait 15 minutes for my food, even though I was the only car in the drive-thru
