Horrible service, do not go through the drive thru here late at night, I wanted 2 Chipotle wraps which would've been $6.81.. I told the lady working to split the payment and I'd pay 6.75 on debit and the rest in cash , which would've been like 10 cents. She then charged me individually for them making it $4 each... I'm not sure why it was so hard for her to type 6.75 into the debit machine and take the rest cash but I didn't appreciate her trying to over charge me on my order lmao. Please train your employees properly.

I don’t mind their breakfast sandwiches at other locations, but this location gave us the saltiest poutine and saltiest onion rings. I don’t if anyone else agrees but for the amount of money people spend, that’s not right. Please like if agreed.

So I just went to A&W today, and I brought my own bag that was purchased at their place. And the cashier was nice. Answered my questions. She remembered me and my usual order. And she was nice enough to ask for my bag. And she bagged everything for me. Cause usually when you bring your own bag. You are supposed to bag yourself. But she was nice enough to bag for me.. also it seems like they did a bit of renovation. They moved the jams onto the counter. Which used to be at the wall near the entrance. Im sure they changed more but I only saw the front of store. But anyways. It was great to buy from here again. All the food is always great and they never got my order wrong.

The staff was in a hurry, didn’t listen properly, and didn’t ask if I needed a bag. The door was shut quickly while I was still speaking. I couldn’t explain that I wanted a meal with extra sauce, not just a sandwich (only a $1 difference). When I asked for a bag, the response was rude — she said “sir khaliya.” Customer service needs improvement.
If you don’t enjoy your job, it’s better to leave and find something that makes you happy

I am a regular customer at A&W, and I always feel the great atmosphere created by the supervisor, Davy, and all the girls on the team. Inder, Satminder, Navneet, Kiran, and the morning-shift staff (including one girl whose name I don’t know…Tattoo girl ) are all very wise, purposeful, and dedicated to their duties.
They always serve food with a smile, even when they are under pressure, and they support each other very well. Their teamwork and friendly attitude make every visit enjoyable. Great job to the whole team!
