i had a Teen burger and it tasted like a samosa, if your going to sell indian food make sure they wash their hands before touching real food again, i wont be back to any a&w til this garbage is not in your kitchen anymore.

Poor service by afternoon shift staff Worst customer service I’ve experienced at A&W. The staff were full of attitude, rude, and completely unprofessional. They clearly have no respect for customers and don’t know how to talk properly. If this is how they treat people, I don’t see any reason to come back. Management seriously needs to fix their staff’s behavior
Put up with my annoying friend in the back seat which was nice. However, I specifically asked if the churros came with the salted maple syrup and they said yes, so I ordered them. Only to get home and discover NO salted maple syrup.

I had ordered a milkshake and they gave me a smoothie. When I went inside to ask to get what I had ordered they said they don’t have milkshakes and what I got is what they sell. They do have milkshakes and most likely just didn’t want to remake it. Even if this store for some reason doesn’t, they should have said it when I ordered. Either way, not pleased with the service here.

Ordered a kids meal using drive thru and when at the window they gave me the wrong order (large drink,). Worker at the window said they give that size with kids meals because is the same price. At home my daughter found a burger with fried onions.
We usually come to store for the food but every time we get drinks without Ice every single time we have to ask them to put ice but this time an Indian girl taking order around 4pm she refused and said we don’t serve ice at A&W.In this hot temperatures ??

Ordered a classic ,teenburger combo with coke and a baby cheese burger and a new mixed berry shake and an order of onion rings . The Tomato on the teenburger was mushy .the fries were a mix of old n some new ones .bun on baby cheeseburgerwas burnt , didn't get the coke or the onion rings we ordered. I asked where's the coke and onion rings lady said oh we didn't charge you for it sorry go . Like I was an inconvenience to ask for some simple accountability and wanted what I ordered . Long story short very disappointed after working 16 hrs .

My favorite burger of all-time is the teen burger. My husband and I ordered the steakhouse teen burgers & 1 order of onion rings & a root beer to share. Total was $24.75. That's a lot for two people, mostly sharing a combo. I/ we were disappointed with the burgers. They were messy and had arugula instead of lettuce. Oh well, I guess we should stick to teen burgers.
