You should change your night staff who works at Drive through they are very rude and never been nice , it’s not good tbh .

Great food, service was not great, order was wrong and we waited a long time for our frozen root beers ( we were finished eating before we recieved them) I had to return mine as it tasted bad. They did give me another better tasting one but again I had to wait for it. All in all I would skip over this location and go elsewhere.

I remember A and W being legit. Real burgers, real meat, real toppings. After eating this so called chicken burger I've had enough. Waste, I mean waste of MONEY. Not even close to what they advertise. Very disappointed in the franchise. An over cooked piece of wo called chicken, a measly piece of lettuce that's tastes like PLASTIC definitely lab grown garbage.DO BETTER

Last night i came at drive thru there was two amazing girls they treat me very well service was good and fast.
I ordered food late night and there was two orders tgat skip driver gonna pick up the night staff write wrong order numbers on the skip orders nd I received someone else’s food and when I called they said its not our fault and even they don’t know either I ordered on skip or uber very bad service and don’t know how to handle just two orders

Hi went today to try peri peri chicken burger .. I asked for welldone chicken and extra sauce on it and it wasn’t made right . The chicken was not well done at all and the bun was not toasted properly and was cold too. I have worked 3 years with a & w and I know how A&w make burgers. Also I asked for supervisor for some concerns before ordering but the cashier lied that there is noSupervisor working when I know there are always 1 supervisor at store all the time .. extremely disappointing.
