Jaspreet and the other young girl cashing should do less giggling and chatting amongst themselves and actually pay attention to what customers are ordering.

Unfortunately Karla who was on cash today on was absolutely miserable today and didn’t listen to my answers clearly. Im lactose intolerant and ordered a mamma burger without cheese but got charged for it and then without had a dollar basically tossed at me and a very snarky I’m sorry at the end. I’m not one to normally leave a review but this was a horrible experience and truly a disappointment.

Kingsway & 109th Street is the best. The Service is excellent as well as the staff who are efficient and friendly. They treat their customers like family. It's a good place to dine.

The staff is incredibly friendly but they seem not so great at their job. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to get an egg sandwich at 1:30 in the afternoon. They seem more focused on ringing people's orders through vs actually getting them their food in a timely manner. I'd give a lower score if I could

Well my original cashier was absolutely fantastic. When Carla handed me my food and asked I asked for it to be put in a to-go bag as was requested. When I ordered she snatched the food away, threw it into a bag and then threw my bag at me.

how many times have I bought food here in 2 years. they never gave the right order. NEVER. the last time was simply absurd. I ordered a buddy burger with cheese and a coffee. And they gave me a burger without cheese and instead of coffee and cola. It's even funny.

Slow service, got my order wrong, I ordered a Teen burger, but they gave me a mama burger, and they replaced it which took an additional 8 minutes, the tomatoes was cold, the bacon was dry when I was eating I noticed that the buns had this white mold on it, overall don't go to this location, clearly they don't care for its customers
