I ordered a uncle burger, and the guy just came after a while and told me they were out of onions, everything good at this point, but when I got my burger I notice it was different. It wasn’t was I ordered, so the guy just said “oh, I forget to tell you that we are out of the burger”I am not a problematic person but sorryI really wanted my burger and at least, a good explanation too

Every restaurant is different. This was definitely not the worst. It was just meh...

Mall kiosk in the food court. Had a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. The bun and sausage patty tasted good. The egg puck tasted processed. A fresh fried egg would improve this sandwich. Service was good.

The staff is so friendly here, always patient and ready with a smile. Food never disappoints!

I was the only one in line and waited for 1 chicken burger for over 5 minutes. The 4 people in the back were busy cleaning while the cashier awkwardly stared at me. I saw the guy mopping the floor, not wash his hands, and proceed to assemble my burger. Pretty gross.

I been here so many times. I actually worked at this location in highschool. I worked at a few a and w in edmonton. In my opinion this is the cleanest one in Edmonton.

Staff needs to put better effort with cleaning. I came here during downtime and the counter was dirty with coffee and pop stains/spills, straw wrapper, etc. It's very unappetizing to see as it makes me question if I'm being served clean and fresh food. Some days, service is also unbearably slow. I understand that it gets busy and orders pile up, but their management should come up with better ways to be quick and efficent. Cashiers should also learn to stir coffee. I've been given unstirred coffee a few times now.Taylor is the only cashier there that offers great service. Other than her, this store has been disappointing.

WOW ...TAYLOR.. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE....TAYLOR IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC and PLEASENT WITH ALL THE CUSTOMERS....very rare in this day and age....PERFACT... CUSTOMER SERVICE TAYLOR.....
