I'm normally easy going. I ordered a cheeseburger and two patties, no bun, plain. But what I received was an extra large Onion Ring, a mozzarella burger and no patties. I had to order again for the two patties. The lady at the window could neither speak nor understand English. I will never go back and I highly recommend no one goes there. They should know how to speak English before they work!

Everything was fine up until I was given my order And she was so quick to close the window. I wasn’t able to ask her for any napkins cause there were none in the bag so that was a little annoying. I had to go back through the drive-through.
After that, I left and I started eating my food while I was driving because I’m so hungry and these chicken wraps honestly have no sauce and I was in no mood to go all the way back again because I already had to go back for the napkins and I had to be somewhere. Honestly, this is just really disappointing and I’m a big A&W fanso that’s experience. This is really upsetting because normally I really enjoy my A&W.
