I had a really disappointing experience at A&W. The staff were extremely rude when I tried to place my order — their attitude was completely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. The customer service here is honestly zero. I expected much better from A&W, but I won’t be coming back again.

They forgot to give us the sweet & sour sauce for chicken strips, my son went to ask it, and they looks like not trust my son, so I explained to them , and show them our food tray, after that, they gave me the sauce, and wave her hand said “okay,go”! pool service ever! Food is very good, that two ladies were very mean!

I ordered a burger from A&W and was really disappointed. The bun was dry and cracked, making it unpleasant to eat, and the sandwich overall had almost no moisture or flavor. The lettuce looked wilted and didn’t help at all with the dryness. Honestly, it felt thrown together with little care. For the price, I expected something much better — but this was one of the driest and most unappetizing burgers I’ve had. Definitely not worth it.

Been at this location twice already and it’s always those two Filipina Tita’s working at the till, they are both very nice and efficient with our orders. I like this location particularly because I don’t get diarrhea or food poisoned every time I ordered here. I always ordered their Mama and Papa burgers which is so good. I would definitely stop by whenever I go to South gate mall. Highly recommend.

A Sunday morning visit to Southgate mall. Nothing’s open till 11 am. We were hungry so we went by the food court. Nothing’s open here either oh wait, A&W is (oh, and iStarbucks), we were hungry so sorry-no to Starbucks, way overpriced.
A&W service was efficient they took all the necessary additional order ingredients, food came out reasonably fast. Large OJ was LARGE and coffee-decent. This food is also real.
We found it all Yum Yum and in the time sitting here they rang out $200 easy. Hello rest of food court businesses!
On this visit to A&W in Southgate, I ordered a Teen Burger, and used my $2 off deal over the app. The Teen Burger was good, but had a bit too much mustard on it. That is my only complaint about the food itself. Also, if it were not for the $2 off deal on my app, I would have gotten something more economical. The staff were nice, and Southgate is also a nice place to house an A&W. Thank you for the good food and friendly staff. I'll be back.

The reception is very bad. The employee there looks at the customers in a disgusting way and the other one holds the food in her hand without any jumps. It was a very bad experience for me. After I bought the food, I threw it away. It is not clean. I do not advise anyone to try going to them.
