Ordered a double teen & only got a single

Because of the staff we are always coming here I love the breakfast and staff was so amazing and jolly, ❤️❤️❤️We are seems sitting in 5 star restaurant as we get served in my tables great experience !!!Cheers for the good food

I prefer A & W in general to other fast food. However, part of that is a sense of pride in the workplace. Today when I stopped by that was gone. They gave me the wrong drink and I think from the stutter when the girl handed it to me she knew, I hate coffee - she gave me a coffee instead of my ordered Chai Latte, even though she said, after stuttering, Chai as she handed it to me. For some reason they were backed up on all orders, asking everybody to park around the corner. Staff were at shift change and had to take orders out to customers as they left for the day (purses, backpacks, bits of plain clothes, and orders in hand). More than one staff member had to do this. In the past I really enjoyed this location, despite the weird drive through that feels like you are driving a spooky back alley. Too bad today was really rough. Needed some decent meat. Great quality.

This is hands down my favorite A&W location. The staff is so positive and energetic, the manager always takes time to make sure everything is done right, the food is always hot and perfect and fast, I’m so impressed (the flowers outside are such a nice touch!) the new coffee is always fresh and hot! thanks for always making my mornings brighter it really does make my day to come in and be greeted with such smiley faces!

She replied. You have to pay $ 2. We didn’t get time to change sign board.

5 star if they had gluten free buns. Lettuce as a wrap is a good second choice but kind of messy.

Dietary restrictions: If celiac/gluten intolerant ask for a lettuce wrap ibstead of a bun.

The toilets are awful. I couldn’t lock the door to the stall that was dirty. The food was mediocre at best I would not recommend this location! I like A&W but this one I won’t be coming back to.

Ordered a mozza burger (got the order wrong ) and an uncle mozza mushroom burger combo (didn't get the combo he charged separately for the fries and sandwich ) did give me a free drink though , so I suppose that was win , there was literally the tiniest most pathetic piece of mozza cheese on the burgers ... Tried to bring the concern up to the employee working in the drive through and he sat there arguing that it was good enough 😟 he was very rude and definately made me realize there is now Absolutely NO reason to eat fast food.

Service was bad and the food was bad. They didn't get my order right. The onion rings were soggy. When I opened up my Mozza burger I felt like they were playing floor hockey with it. There was sauce everywhere the tomato was almost as thick as the patty and I asked for no tomatoes.

The folks at this A&W always have smiles. They work quickly and efficiently all while making me laugh.

Kid-friendliness: One rime my kid was nervous and having a hard time trying to make a decision on her order. The lady was very patient and tried to cheer her up.
