My sister politely asked to redeem rewards points and the old manager yelled at her and made her cry. I’ve already seen so many bad reviews about this lady’s attitude why hasn’t she been fired yet?

I really like A&W and I’ve bought many burgers with cold cheese and uncut onions from this location, but sometimes the burgers don’t have problems, so I keep coming back.
The cashiers are usually really kind and polite, but unfortunately, there’s an older worker who gets really hostile. I don’t think the cashiers are very familiar with the new mobile app, and that’s understandable, but the woman at the cash register got mad when I tried to ask about the app points. The service was just incredibly stressful and frustrating, and it sucks to not be able to buy A&W on campus.

The staff at this location consistently delivers excellent service and delicious food. A special shoutout to Ka Man, whose friendly attitude and attention to detail truly enhanced the experience. Highly recommended!
