Worst experience ever! Gagan served us, but she doesn't know what customer service is!
I asked her before paying i need extra sauce in my burger, but she didn't made it like that.
Secondly, there was a hair inside the burger! I got pissed, they think it's about money but i didn't get any other burger or even a refund because I don't want her to think it's about money.
I left the burger with hair on their counter and left disappointed.
Don't go to this location and teach Ms. GAGAN how to serve and treat customers respectfully as she doesn't know customer service at all!!!!

The staff are very friendly, the food is so fresh and flavorful. We really enjoyed the service and the atmosphere of the restaurant. Highly recommended!

We swung through for lunch on a busy work day. Staff was very courteous and efficient

Poutine fries with sweet potato( for real????) LOL. .be mindfull preparing food for the client/ customers.
be more polite to the customer’s. And ketchup machine looks like empty ohh it is empty.and nobody refill it or monitored it.

We don't have these in the states so I excitedly was snapping pictures which gave me some peculiar stares
Went there for an classic rootbeer (they don't do floats, btw) and also added on a portable buddy burger with mozzarella and pickles added

Poutine served here as well but my appetite didn't ask for it

I have had poor experiences here before but today takes the cake. Customer in front tripped on a cable and the person working shrugged it off and did nothing. It’s still there now, a hazard waiting for the next person not looking down. I shouldn’t have to work so hard to explain I want a kids cheese burger meal and not just a cheese burger, the person working has very limited English langue skills. Waited almost 15 mins for that kids meal and 2 chicken sandwiches. When it did come all we got were fries and burger for the kids meal. No box or dessert treat. Staff said they do not do that here. So I beg the question, why advertise it on your menu.

You could get decent food here at one point but the new staff are terrible in the kitchen. My food was subpar and my hashbrown cold, they replaced it with another one clearly just reheated, the coffee is disgusting over burnt garbage couldn't even make a double double got it replaced and the anw nearby
