March 7 2024. I asked for ketchup and the blonde girl with pink in her hair said "were all out of ketchup, it's in the back" instead of getting more ketchup. The same girl also told me 2 weeks ago that "she doesn't make coffee at night." Worst a&w I've ever been to.

There is a restaurant A&W across the street, and this gas bar is always:- Friendlier- great quality- prompt service- let's you keep couponsThe restaurant across the street does. One of this. This gas bar has cleaner restrooms too.

In my opinion its just Incompetent staff who don't listen to your order. Then when u go in to correct it. The staff tells you a two burger patty is a momma burger. TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY! Will never be back to this location.

My turnover didn't have sugar, the onion rings where to salty, the teen burger had an acidic taste, worst A&W I have every been to.
