Whenever I come to this A&W I am always satisfied, the staff treat you like family, great service, great food. I come everyday and they already have my coffee ready. It's always clean and stocked up. I would recommend coming here over some of the other A&Ws

I went this morning to have some onion rings but onions were not taste good and one of the onion ring was literally plastic and went back told them they replace my order and then I stated eating again and still same thing onions were very hard to bite . Felt like I was eating plastic rings not onion rings. I went to complain but manager was not looking surprised with my complaint at that moment. I am also adding photos o ions looks like rubber onion. Please feel all the bite your eating.

This is, without a doubt, the best A&W in the city. Employees are always hustling, the food is always hot and fresh, and they deliver it with consistency. Whether I am there to grab lunch or a late night snack, I get the same service and quality.

Ordered 2sausage and egg sandwiches got 2 sausage no egg , ordered two deluxe chicken sandwiches got nothing but buns and a chicken sandwich my bill was 30$ and it was a waste of my money and all I got refunded was 2$ don’t order from this location clearly they don’t understand common sense because this is the worst money I’ve ever spent I can provide the receipt they are a garbage company I hope someone can call me back and resolve this .
A&W has been one of my favorite burger joints my hole life. With that said. I am very disappointed in A&W the last few years. Their prices are rapidly through the roof. It's actually offensive. So they now have a value board and on that board is a buddy burger for $2.99 (I ordered 3) in the photo it looked like a 3 dollar burger. Well when I got the burgers I was incensed. The patties were about a 1/8 of a inch thick Grey and ice cold. The bun was a dinner roll at best. I took a bit since I paid just under 10 bucks for the burgers. They were the worst thing ever, I had to throw them out. I guess what I'm saying is that It's been declining for a while now so eat at your own risk I guess. I would not recommended eating at A&W any more way better places to get good burgers for the same price point.
