The reason I won’t use them ever again because I found out today that none of the restaurants use rubber gloves when handling peoples food when I asked the person at the counter about it she’s told me that they don’t use gloves to handle peoples food. I think this is appalling in this day and age, I think they’re just being cheap and not doing anything to help public safety. I will never eat at A&W again and I will make sure everybody I know knows how they do business.

Good breakfast and coffee, tables are often not cleaned fast enough before next guests arrive but in fairness it gets very busy..you probably need to ask them to clean

I went to the drive through around midnight, wanted a small snack. I ordered a baby burger, it was ready really fast which was weird but I didn’t think anything of it since no one else was there. I went to go eat the burger two minutes down the road and it was cold to the touch, you could tell it had been sitting there for hours. Did not eat it and threw it in the garbage when I got home.
Best location in the city in my opinion. Always clean, food tastes fresh, well prepared.

The problem here is what they think constitutes a milkshake. A long time ago A&W actually made a real root beer milkshakes containing ice cream well that was then and this is now. I looked at the menu recently and was happy to find a root beer milkshake and I ordered anticipating a nice root beer flavored drink made with real ice cream and milk, NOPE what I received resembled a slurpee or a root beer flavored ice cap sort of thing but not a milkshake. I complained to the manager and said that it is not a milkshake but he insisted repeatedly that ice pellets mixed with some kind of powdered flavor mix is a milkshake. This is an abomination of a real milkshake. FOR SHAME A&W FOR SHAME!!!! Next stop Jack's in Spruce Grove yum.

went through the drive thru, worker barely spoke. The screen was not working so I didn't know how long it was taking to type things in and I didn't want to mess them up by talking too soon, so it was lonnnnng silences and then the worker saying in the flattest voice I've ever heard "anything else". My very first item was a BACON and CHEESE egger with EXTRA bacon and cheese.... when I got home, it didn't have bacon OR cheese. Sheesh.
