4 workers and it takes 10 minutes to even respond to someone standing at your counter. Made eye contact with every single employee, even a black shirt shift lead....I was acknowledgement with a quick HI. And waited for another 10min.
Not told at any point that it was busy and might be a quick moment.
Drive thru was quick and done.
Why even have a counter at all if your focus is drive thru ?
Also Literally everyone from Uber drivers to family of employees was noticed and talked to.
Only after making it very clear I was scanning your QR code for a review was I immediately addressed and extra fries put in my bag and apologies made.

Took 20 mins in drive through to get 3 day old burger patties. Fries were fresh. Second time waiting 20 mins at this restaurant. The other was for a coffee and hash brown. There were no customers inside or out both times and I know why.
Parking: Lots of parking because nobody goes there
