Passive aggressive service from the drive thru. Takes 5 minutes just to order a latte. The guy gives attitude when I order. They ask me to park because it takes a minute to get make the latte. Then it takes them ten minutes.

My daughter and I went into this restaurant this morning as I was having my car serviced near by. The staff were very friendly, smiling through out order! The breakfast was fresh presentation was great and it tasted so good! I had the Canadian played breakfast, so good , overall it was a pleasure to eat there , will be going back for sure!

At this A&W, I ordered chicken burgers, and they were delicious! The staff put in a lot of effort to handle all the orders, despite the fact that the store was extremely busy. The crowd caused a slight delay, but the food was delicious, fresh, and well worth the wait. Well done, team!

Riverbend Road location service has gotten worse in last few months. Morning Service slow guy always in back talking have to get his attention,not friendly toast burnt most of time bacon cold. Not costumer friendly place

I visited A&W Riverbend Square on Friday and tried the Beyond Veggie Burger. The service was impressively quick, which I appreciated. However, the burger itself was far too salty and not up to the usual A&W standard that I love. It was a disappointing experience overall, especially since I usually enjoy their burgers. That said, I’m willing to give them another chance and hope for a better experience next time.

Tried the Masala Veggie Burger, it was so good! The spice was just right and the patty was super crispy and flavourful! Big shoutout to the A&W team — everyone was friendly and the service was quick. You can tell they care. Will definitely be coming back for this one!

No Clean , and No attitude with some workers

We used to love ❤️ this place! It has gone down hill. They couldn't make burger..lack of ingredients, staff didn't care, not friendly. Bathrooms were GROSS!

Food is the same as every other A&w nothing special. But what shocked me was their poor customer service. The person at the drive through tried over charging me by double and didn’t say a word until I happened to ask for the receipt… I wonder how many people get scammed because they don’t check on the receipt and don’t have the time to go back and demand a refund.

We get only plain burgers for health reasons here and they redpect our dietary restrictions.
