My friends and I were having a normal conversation not loud and an employee came over and told us to keep it quiet. It felt very rude and unnecessary. Also, the buns on our order were over-toasted. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience

I tried the new plant-based burger at A&W and it was good. The patty had a decent flavour and the texture was better than I expected. The toppings were fresh and everything was put together well. It’s a solid option if you want something meat-free.

I tried the all canadian breakfast at this store today morning and it honestly surprised me. The eggs tasted fresh, the bacon was cooked well and hashbrown was hot and crisp. This breakfast came out very quick even though it was a bit busy. Overall it was great experience and staff served the food happily. Will be back soon.

I stopped by around 1:30pm and ordered a fresh plant based Burger with a lettuce wrap. Even though the drive-thru was really busy, the staff didn’t hesitate at all when I asked for it to be made fresh. They handed it to me in about 7–8 minutes, and it tasted great. Really impressed with how well they handled both the drive-thru and inside customers. Amazing service — I’ll definitely be back!

I went through the drive-thru around 10am yesterday and got the Mama Burger combo. Even though it was breakfast time, the staff made the lunch fresh for me. The $7 combo was delicious and such a good deal. The staff were friendly and happy to serve us. Really appreciated the service. Thank you!

I went to pick up my food, nobody attended me for 30 minutes , then an Indian origin turban guy asked me to wait although it was not busy but he behaved very rudely and he was arrogant

I have had coffee from A&W and the taste was fine but when I got a coffee from this location I couldn’t take a second sip as it was too bad. It tasted like a day old coffee and not fresh at all. Hot chocolate was just warm water and had to throw away everything. Not going to this A&W ever.

Passive aggressive service from the drive thru. Takes 5 minutes just to order a latte. The guy gives attitude when I order. They ask me to park because it takes a minute to get make the latte. Then it takes them ten minutes.

My daughter and I went into this restaurant this morning as I was having my car serviced near by. The staff were very friendly, smiling through out order! The breakfast was fresh presentation was great and it tasted so good! I had the Canadian played breakfast, so good , overall it was a pleasure to eat there , will be going back for sure!
