Today on Dec 18 in the evening, I had a disappointing experience at the A&W drive-thru recently. I ordered a Chubby Chicken Burger, and while the food itself was fine, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff member with glasses at the window was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable with their attitude.

Instead of providing friendly and efficient service, they seemed dismissive and uninterested, which really dampened the overall experience. A&W is usually one of my go-to spots, but this interaction made me reconsider. I hope the staff is reminded of the importance of customer service to ensure no one else has a similar experience

The washrooms were disgusting like something out of a horror movie. I'm not even sure the staff at this restaurant even know how to clean a washroom, which is disappointing since my 5 year old can clean a toilet better than the staff can. I saw a cockroach chilling in the corner of the washroom, also the lock on the stall door did not work, I had to poop while holding the door closed with my hand. A very traumatizing poop.

I don't mind waiting 2 minutes for someone to attend me. It smells good in here, and the two ladies were super nice. Thank you for the food.

my order consisted of two fries and two latte, but that latte was the worst I've ever had, very disgusting!!!
I do not recommend buying coffee at this establishment.

Ordered a mushroom burger thru Uber at 5am Dec. 6, 2024. They gave me a hard, dry hard to chew patty. Obviously expired for a long time and garbage. Called them about it and they told me to place another order and they’ll discount it?? How does that makes sense? You gave me a garbage that I couldn’t eat? And I have to pay more and wait another delivery time? Thrown the whole thing to the garbage. Wasted time and wasted money.

The Indian guy I spoke with said it could be the travel time that makes it that way. I work in fast food too. I know what’s been held for too long and not. Also it arrived here hot. So it was from your holding cabinet and you guys are completely aware that you’re serving expired food. I don’t need another apology. I want you yo rectify this.

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes. Ordered mama burger with poutine and coke. Got home and opened the bag to find three burgers and no poutine. Unacceptable. will never visit the riverbend location again. Not worth my time to return it. Massive fail for A&W. One star is too many.

Went inside took 35 minutes to take my order. Than another 15 to get it. So much for fast food

I came here during the weekdays when i came in the place was disgusting although i did not take pictures the garbage was always filled not being thrown out and the tables, trays m, and place in general was dirty and sticky almost no effort to clean, Manager seemed to not care much about their employees, so much so that i think telling them to do something as easy as cleaning up a table or mopping up the floor is impossible.

Ate at A&W for the first time, got there this evening and got masala veggie burger. Loved the burger and staff at drive thru were nice. Going to visit again.
