I am skip driver and second time I was denied to give order due to skip bag. They said I have pizza bag. The bag I have is given by skip and has designed for pizza and other food items. You can carry both horizontal and vertical way and same thing I explained to her. But this resultant has 2 phillpino ladies and both have issue with bag. There are other people at this restaurant and none of them have problem. I have been picking orders from different restaurants in Edmonton and None of them have issue with this bag. These 2 have problem due to lack of knowledge and basic things. They don’t value other people time. I can imagine what kind of customer service these 2 provide. One person was watering his grass in heavy rain and when asked why are you doing so they he/she answered my boss ordered to water the grass just following the order. So these 2 also doing the same not using there own brain.
