Ordered a mama burger through the app. When I arrived at the restaurant the order had not clean started. Lady kept trying to hand me a burger that was not what I ordered. She kept telling me it was my order when it clearly was not my order. The lady told me to take the wrong order anyway. Why can't a and w just make the mobile order on time and if they make a mistake just apologize and move on, rather than try to force me to take the wrong order.

Took forever to even order let alone get our food- understaffed for a Saturday at lunch (only 1 person for front) After we finally got our food, I took my daughter burger out of the kids pack and realized the bun was covered in mold… disgusting.

My hubby and I went for lunch Sunday. He had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich which was dry and gross (the only savior was the sweet pickles so ask for extra!) And I had the chicken strips which were also dry and gross, kinda like a dried up dog treat. 2 stars for fresh onion rings which are the best onion rings when cooked properly. Won't be back to this location other then for onion rings and will ensure they r fresh..

It takes my whole 30 min lunch break to get food from here. I’ve tried calling and ordering and they don’t start making it until I get there to pick it up. Super inconvenient when I’m trying to eat on my lunch

It's seems clean and tidy with good service but it seems more ppl get take out or delivery instead of dine in. Only the seniors gather there to do their daily chit-chat and visits, so it seems. The food is always fresh and tasty.

Ever since I was a teen, A franchise owner left a bad taste in my mouth.Not just from this experience, but the times I try it, I am always reminded why I don't eat here.The latest visit, the "milk shake" we ordered tasted more like a "screamer" (which is a combo of ice (Slurpee) and soft serve icecream (to different than milkshake).This was yet another disappointment. I only went because the small group I was with wanted to go there.They advertise their slogan "good food makes good food" to which I ask, "then where can I find this "good food".

I ordered 1 mama burger and by the time I got it my wife & kids finished their lunch from NY fries. The service is the worst in the city. No urgency or hustle to the staff. Be better get your sh1t together.
