This was the worst chicken burger I’ve ever had. The chicken was undercooked and absolutely unsafe to eat. Serving raw or half-cooked chicken is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of care for customers’ health. I will never return, and I strongly warn others to stay away if they value proper food safety.

Hi there , zero stars here homies .flr how expensive fast food is now and I barely ever eat it cause it’s so gross now a days this was by far the worst a and W I have been to . Ever since 2019 this exact place is the worst one . Like are u freezing your buns or something cause there horrible . Spent 40 bucks last night and all three meals were absolutely horrible we threw it out . Your lettuce was hideous the onion rings were nasty so much seasoning u couldn’t eat them . Also I only see one type of people working at this exact location . I WILL not go to this location ever again I will go to windamere where I’m welcomed and it’s clean . Zero stars ellerslie a and W .

My go-to A&W in West Edmonton. The Nashville Cruncher is my favorite choice here...and it's always freshly made.
The morning staff there are polite, always greet with a smile and get my orders right all the time. Shout out to the staff Beni and Gurleen for always doing a great job.
I was really disappointed during my recent visit. I noticed that the staff were preparing food without wearing gloves and were also touching phones and screens in between without washing their hands. This raises serious hygiene concerns, especially when handling food directly.
Cleanliness and food safety are really important, and I hope management takes this seriously and ensures proper hygiene protocols are followed in the future. Until then, I’ll be reconsidering where I eat.

I almost forgot about coming here. And then i remembered how bad it was. I ate corn on the cob from a compost with dirt and who knows what all over it. That tasted better than my A&W chicken. And if we're talkin food presentation, forget it. My dog presents me with tightly rolled coils on the lawn that look more attractive than what i was served here. Which was smush!
