the owner or the manager was way too rude than a person should be to anyone. Adding to that he was not only rude with his staff but to some customers, I don't know in what hurry he is when he takes order.

I went to the A&W drive-thru at 2 AM and was the only customer. After taking my payment, I waited over 10 minutes just for a single burger. I could see the employee chatting with a coworker instead of preparing my order. This was incredibly frustrating, especially given the late hour. I hope they can improve their service for late-night customers.
