Been here for awhile, I’d rather find another A&W, filthy service , filthy product, and worse of all that lobby, filthy, dried up soda, mud, left, while they shut down that lobby way to early, it was a moth that actually flew around my plate that set me off to notice small things, like I went to use the men’s washroom , the employee that was supposed to clean it left the door open with his equipment, and decided to keep himself in a stall an decided to talk on the phone while lobby is filthy… hate to say this, but, no actual Canadians hired here… none

Have ordered food through the drive-thru twice and BOTH times I’ve had to wait over FIFTEEN minutes to wait for my orders!?!?
Good grief!!!!!
They did offer coupons - so one more chance

Food was up to par but seeing the fountain drink cups being knocked on the ground, picked up, put on the counter, then a few pulled out and then placed on top of them, it is an assumption that they were put back in the holder (due to the fresh cups put on top, seems more than likely), I came through the drive thru and didn't wait to see, this behavior is not acceptable! Edited after breakfast the next day, there was a loooong black hair wrapped around a hashbrown, made me gag, mom found my response hilarious...

i ordered 1 mozza burger and it cost me $10. i can think of many places i would rather spend my money at. i can get a completely stuffed Donair for $10 and it fills me up way morr then 1 mozza burger! things are really getting ridiculous...

Went through drive thru ordered (#3000040744) then after paying was told to park off to the side and wait for order. Then when they finally brought out my order it was missing items ordered and no napkins in the bag or ketchup which were both requested. Continue to be disappointed as this is a restaurant I can't pull away from without checking to see if I have received all items ordered

They screwed up my order again. I was in drive-thru about 9:30 pm sept 1 I ordered 2 papa burgers with cheese and 2 apple pies. When I got home it was 2 mama burgers is it so hard to do the order right because I shouldn’t have to pick through a burger to make sure it is right this is about the 3rd time you screwed up and I can’t get through on the phone. Will definitely not come back again. I have worked fast food and it is not that hard. I was overcharged probably and can’t get through on the phone arg.

Did they change management? The quality has seriously gone downhill. I came here the night of Aug 16, ordered a buddy burger, the hot dog and chicken buddy burger. The chicken burger was fresh, the beef buddy was hard and so gross, hot dog was OK.

This place used to always have fresh food and it was worth the wait, not anymore. Pity. I won't be coming back.

Plus every single staff member has been replaced by Punjabis. I thought it was racist to only hire one race above all others. What the hell is wrong with you management? Unbelievably despicable and so wrong.

My visit to A&W at 137 Whiteoaks was a delightful surprise. After a long day of traveling, I stumbled upon this cozy spot and decided to grab a quick bite. The aroma of freshly grilled burgers and crispy fries greeted me as soon as I walked in. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful.

I been going to this place quite a bit in the last 2 weeks cause of my wife’s pregnancy cravings every time I visit they always mess up my order today was the last straw
they seem as if they don’t want to work understanding them can be a night mare at times honestly the best time to go to this a&w is in the morning I always happened to see a individual who has black hair and glasses I think his name is harneet he’s never failed to disappoint very quick to take my order and ensures I don’t leave upset his customer service is exponential
He’s the reason why I come to this location
