Place was nicely spaced out for social distancing, food was excellent and hot.My food was done quickly and properly according to my requests for my breakfast. Great food.was a little noisy but because it was seniors day Mondays and Wednesdays inexpensive breakfast for over 55.

Two words, Frosty Mug. I love eating in and having root beer ? in the frosty mug. I have been going to A&W all my life and have always enjoyed it. Always love the Teen Burger ? fries and Root Beer ? in the frosty mug. This location has lots of parking and easy access to the restaurant. It was clean and well lit. Although the interior was looking a little aged. There is easy access off 137 Ave.

We went in at around 8pm. There was only 2 tables with customers. We approach the counter we were asked to wait. We stand there and waited as the staff mop the floors. Your staff don't know how to put the customer first. And the end we just left the store as the staff continue to mop the floor and the other staff was also unbothered with us just standing there waiting for somebody to take our orders. There are 4 staff inside that store and nobody went to approach us to take our order. So disappointed.

This used to be a busy place. Now, not so much--not even on a Friday night. The dining room was almost empty. No one waiting in line inside. No one in the drive-thru. Not a single Skip or DoorDasher in the 10 minutes I waited. There's a reason for that. The staff who used to work here were super friendly and nice. They're all gone now. Replaced by people who just don't give a damn. No "Can I help you?" It's just "Yeah?" Yikes, sorry to bother you with my order. When my food eventually came (a really l-o-n-g wait, considering I was literally the only person ordering anything the entire time), it was just shoved towards me on the counter. No eye contact. Not even a "Here ya go." Nothing. Is...is that it? Um, thanks I guess?Staff were super engaged in filling their supplies of cups, tho. And in chatting to each other. Me? Not important. No prob, there are lots of other burger places I can go to instead. You've really run this place into the ground.Have a great day!

Ordered from here this evening on my way home through the drive thru- had to park and wait for my order for about 7 mins-which I was fine with. However, when I arrived home and sat down to eat, I took a bite of my teen burger and realized there was no patty inside of it. I didn't want to leave this poor review, but I cannot get through to the restaurant by local phone number and it is out of my way to drive back there.

Doubt anyone relevant would see this but please start pouring off the fizz, The cup is, no joke, 1/3 fizz every time I get a root beer.

A &W has been around for a long time and some could say it's a staple restaurant. They have a great breakfast menu and I would say probably the best out there for the price point and for that I love to bring my family for breakfast as a treat. As for the rest of the menu they do have good choices and the food is on par with the price and they do use quality ingredients. I have been eating at a&w's since I was a kid and I always have fond memories of this brand because of this. However they do need a bit of a refresh or something as I find I do not enjoy as much as I used to. I mean don't get me wrong for what you're paying that's pretty good but some of these locations are in need of some work. The staff do what they can within the guidelines they're given and I can't complain about the service I've been given especially with the wages they are getting but corporate could do more as I am starting to notice the crowd is getting older and they need to start targeting more of the younger crowd in my opinion. But as I said their breakfast for the price point I don't think can be beat for what they offer. As for my meal that I had which was the teen burger with fries and a drink with a hot pie, The food was good and hot and served within a reasonable amount of time I would rate a 7.5 / 10 on the munch meter.
