This might be taken the wrong way by some, but I was respectfully impressed to see a white fellow working here in the drive thru. There has been a serious problem with hiring diversity in which it swung too far over in Canada, white ppl were no longer being hired. I'm glad to see we are starting to share the jobs, at least for one white guy. Good job A&W! Equal opportunity. 😊🥰

I live close by and have been coming here for a long time. Ordered a CK cruncher for the 3rd time and everytime they have messed up my order. Went back for refund but never coming here again. Customer service needs overhaul.

I ordered a spicy chicken habanero combo last night. I received very cold fries and a cold chicken patty. Probably they cook in the morning and hit it up in the microwave and sold at 6 pm. Worst experience

Speaker has been broken for weeks and they just won’t fix it. I’ve complained many times, the person working the window has such bad English she didn’t understand what I was talking about. Least that could be done is have someone with a good command of the English language. I will not be spending any more of my hard earned money here.
