The girls working at the front counter in evening were so kind and welcoming. They helped me a lot and made the experience smooth and pleasant. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and treated with respect.
The food was really good, fresh, and served just the way I expected. The service from them made it even better.
I want to give special respect to the girls working at the counter – they work hard, stay patient with every customer, and still remain friendly and professional. It really shows the pride they take in their job, and I truly appreciate their efforts. Thank you for making my visit such a good one!

This might be taken the wrong way by some, but I was respectfully impressed to see a white fellow working here in the drive thru. There has been a serious problem with hiring diversity in which it swung too far over in Canada, white ppl were no longer being hired. I'm glad to see we are starting to share the jobs, at least for one white guy. Good job A&W! Equal opportunity. 😊🥰

I live close by and have been coming here for a long time. Ordered a CK cruncher for the 3rd time and everytime they have messed up my order. Went back for refund but never coming here again. Customer service needs overhaul.
