I've been coming here now consistently for months. These girls are friendly. Orders always prepared perfect. The A&W across the street. Not so much and that's why we have switched. You can't beat the service here.
Drive thru yesterday and the same treatment. These ladies deserve a raise and I hope they never retire and switch jobs, because A&W will lose some great employees.
Not only the A&W but the employees I watch on the Petro Canada side. It seems like this is such a team environment. Always laughing getting along and welcoming customers. I couldn't ask for a better place to have breakfast at and fuel up my vehicle. This is how Canada is supposed to be.

I highly recommend the service from this a&w location, it was above and beyond. We did a drive through and the filipino guy was very quick and the best service we've had in a very very long time. 3 Filipinos was there 2 girls and the guy was awesome! We didn't get his name, we came at 2:45pm on December 07, 2025 but he definitly deserves a raise and a shout out for the great customer service and experience. Thank you again and continue being awesome!

Placed an order twice through Uber Eats and they kept cancelling them, they did not accepted our order until we called the place and they blamed Uber

I don't know if it's just a small location but they couldn't fulfill my order from Uber. If you can't fulfill orders, they shouldn't allow Uber customers to order from there. My order was cancelled and it cited no reason for their inability to fulfill the order. This is at like 3pm on a Wednesday. I've gone to this location before and they are often quite slow so it might just be understaffed. The manager of this place needs to do better. We know it's not the employees who work hard.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this A&W location last night. I arrived to pick up my Uber Eats order, and when I provided the necessary information at the speaker, I was told to drive up to the window by an employee named Henrick (whose badge confirmed this, despite him giving me a different name when asked). When I attempted to give simple additional instructions for my order—which I tried to explain clearly at the microphone—he completely dismissed me and told me to “just drive up,” without listening to anything I was saying. When I reached the window and politely asked for sauce on the side (which I was willing to pay for), he responded with rude gestures, unprofessional looks, and a level of attitude that is completely unacceptable for customer service. Instead of trying to understand what I needed or calling another staff member who could assist, he became defensive and even accused me of being racist, despite the fact that I addressed him respectfully throughout the entire conversation. This accusation was completely out of line, unprovoked, and deeply inappropriate. The entire interaction was unprofessional, disrespectful, and far below the standards expected from an establishment like A&W. If this is the type of behavior being allowed at this location, then there is a serious management issue. I expect this to be addressed immediately. If proper action is not taken regarding this employee’s behavior, I will be filing an official complaint with A&W’s corporate office and considering further steps. No customer should be treated this way.

Just ordered from this location for pick up, went in and had Manjit help me and she was awesome. She helped me with my order, made sure it was correct and even helped me with a coupon because the Oilers were playing. This isn’t the Closest A&W to me, but it is definitely now the only A&W that I will order from the burger the poutine was made perfect all the staff there super nice 10 out of 10
