They constantly forget things in your order, constantly, every time I go to this place, never leave without checking your bag because it happens all often I honestly believe they are properly trying to rip you off.

Update: Changing my review from 3 to 5 stars. This place has definitely improved. Customer service is so much better. The lady that took our order was attentive and friendly, and she got everything right the first time. Food was also fresh and no mistakes were made even though we asked for some modifications due to allergy. They also added extra tables and chairs so there's more sitting available. I'm impressed with all the improvements. Kudos to this team and their management. And thank you for listening to your customers.
Food is decent and seats are mostly clean. Customer service is subpar and need improvements. They don't seem to understand allergies and modifications. The only good thing is it's inside a convenience store and they seem to keep the place clean and tidy.
