Ace Coffee Roasters West Ritchie is easily one of my favorite coffee spots in the city. The space is big, open, and really well designed, so it never feels cramped even when it is busy. There is lots of comfortable seating, which makes it perfect for working, meeting friends, or just slowing down for a while.

The menu is excellent across the board. The coffee is consistently great. The flat whites, Americanos, and lattes are always spot on. You can tell they care about quality and consistency. I also really appreciate the clear no substitutions approach. It keeps things simple and ensures everything is made the way it is meant to be.

The food and pastry options are just as good, and the overall atmosphere makes it easy to stay longer than planned. Staff are friendly and the whole place feels welcoming and well run. Overall, this location does everything right.

Tried a 16 oz Americano with the No. 9 bean and it was unreal — bold, smooth, and just the right kick. I’ve got two kids and this coffee made me feel like I could raise a third (I won’t, but still). Easily one of the best cups I’ve had. Ace lives up to the name.

The Baristas here are incredible and the coffee tastes amazing. I love coming here for the relaxed vibe and enjoying my morning coffee.

Normally I’m not a decaf person but decided to give a try and WOW their decaf is the best I’ve had so far in Canada

You wouldn’t even think you’re having a decaf cause it’s deep and smooth and so aromatic before taking a sip

I had to purchase a bag of their decaf beans and a cappuccino cup

This is a must visit when you’re in town!

Like their atmosphere and coffee

Right when we enter the cafe and tried to find a table to sit, the staff (specifically the lady who's making drinks wearing a white long sleeves) immediately called us out and asked us if we were lost or something and pointed the area where we could order as if we don't know what we're doing. As if they want us to order first before sitting down. Instead of greeting customers and be friendly right when we enter, that's not what we encountered. Staff could've been more nicer and welcoming. Not recommended if you want to study, because it's a bit loud and there's no outlet for you to charge your device. Unfortunately, I'd rather go to Starbucks than try this cafe again. I hate that we wasted our time and money just to have a bad experience like this.

Excellent coffee, the price was good. Great location and perfect consistency. Really happy with my buy!

Been here a few times. Bought my espresso machine here. The staff are great. The atmosphere is hip and relaxing. The place is clean, and the location is easy to get to.

Excellent flat white. Improved seating. Some pistachio donut that was winner and a big team all pulling shots. Very good.

This is our favourite coffee place in Edmonton, we stop every time we’re near Strathcona. Excellent service and we usually grab a bag of beans to take home too
