Absolutely worst experience here. I purchased a Jumbo donair (15 dollars) and a can of pop(2 dollars maybe?). They charged me 20 dollars. I asked for a breakdown because it did not make any sense and they said coz you wanted black olives. The guy has a sweet face but is a con artist. Don’t fall into this trap. BEWARE and STAY AWAY!!

Worst place ever i asked for a donair poutine and get cheddar cheese on like what!!! That's an abomination to the Canadian tradition of poutine's. also with the amount of health and safety violations this place hold it truly is unreal how you stay open and how the old guy flirts with female's and gives crap food as ha ha way of saying thanks for coming. Don't Come here!!!!! Seriously

I’d never recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy, the guy talks to convince you that he’s nice so he can scam you. Somehow the jumbo donair is the same size as a regular donair lol. If your seeing this, pick another place to eat my brother/sister

The older lady here is very rude & every time I come here I ask for sweat sauce on my Donair they don’t put any. She leaves the rap loose & Cold. Basically just playing with my food. I used to come here a few years ago & the older man is able to give better & respectful customer service unlike her. The washroom has no soap & is dirty. I won’t be coming here anymore or support your business. I’m surprised it’s still even running from all of these awful reviews. Do better.

We had the Donair Poutine and a Donair. The Donair and Poutine mix was great. The gravy and fries were perfect and the Donair meat was a good add. The owner let us sample it with Donair sweet sauce which made twice as good. When you go make sure you ask for the add on sweet sauce.
I was in a rush to eat and in the area so I stopped here for a quick bite while on a trip to Edmonton. Ended up pro longing my stay another couple of nights due to being so sick I could do nothing but sit on the toilet for 2 days straight vomiting, and all that other fun stuff that comes along with food poisoning. Also never had any soap in the bathroom and would not provide anything to clean our hands so how are they cleaning theirs?

Purchased a DonairDidn’t open until I was back at work and I couldn’t leave againDonair had a LONG hair in itThe lady I dealt with on the phone (same lady who helped me when I made the order in person) was wonderful - she told me I could come in the next day to to get a replacementThe manager - not so much - told his worker to call me to let me know I paid for a donair I couldn’t eat and there was no replacement.

Gave this place multiple chances. Got cold, dry donairs cause they don't warm or put it the oven,even when asked. They act like they don't know what ur talking about..cheap with the sauce. Postings aren't that great. Family owned they don't give a crop about quality or customer service. Idk how it's still
