I ordered 9 pieces chicken combo with taters, gravy, and mac and cheese. I specifically selected a time of delivery so it will be just ready for dinner time and will still be hot. They delivered toooooo early. So when our time for dinner it’s already cold. And they missed the mac and cheese!!! I called their landline and they did not even apologize or make up for it. They just hold me on the phone, until now I’m on hold and it’s almost 20minutes!!!! I’m not feeling well so I just asked for food delivery but this stresses me more!!!

Ordered 13 pieces of chicken. Paid the upcharge for all breast meat. I recieved all wings, not one rib, not one keel. When I called to fix the order, the location told me thats what you get for the upcharge and wouldn't rectify my order. Pure SCAM. Will never go to this location again.

Ordered through Uber. I already gave low ratings on there but when I contacted the store and got 0 help or feedback . That really drove me to write this review, not only was everything cold and irs quite literally an 8 minute drive from me. So in a heated insulated bag it shoulda have been nice and toasty. I was missing my wings which was really only the thing I was looking forward to as I’ve never tried their wings. The burgers were dryer than the dessert. Barely any mayo, barely any lettuce and somehow soggy and cold. Meat beyond dry. Was missing my pop from there. And then to boot when your giving customers food to a random driver , i don’t know just some food for thought her maybe the staple the crap out of the bag instead of one lousy piece of tape. So not sure if the worker didn’t put my food in there or the driver stole it but either way. All around disgusting. Won’t be back. To any Mary browns. Ruined it for me. It Was a favourite place of mine.

The girl who worked up front was amazing and very fast with service and was able to answer all my questions. The restaurant is very dirty and the bathrooms were disgusting. The chicken was good and the macaroni salad was old and had zero flavor

Way better than Popeyes and KFC. Service was good but a little slow since only one employee was working, however it was late when we went. He was very friendly though. The atmosphere was actually not bad for a fast food restaurant. If you are craving fried chicken, definately check this place out. Also their potato wedges were pretty good.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. I ordered three 6-piece wings, and unfortunately, all of them were missing an adequate amount of sauce. The wings were dry and did not meet the quality I expected.
Additionally, I called the store to address the issue, but the representative I spoke with was extremely rude and hung up on me while I was still explaining the problem. This made the situation even more frustrating.
I was not satisfied with my order or the service I received, and I hope this matter can be addressed appropriately. I would appreciate a resolution to this issue.
This place has terrible customer service. I called on July 1st to report that my order was incorrect and explained the issue clearly. The girl who answered, she had an Indian accent, acknowledged my concern, but said that because I didn’t call “right away,” there was nothing she could do. But i called the same day though, Instead of offering a solution, she became argumentative and dismissive. No apology, no attempt to make things right. It was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Extremely disappointing.
