Albert's Family Restaurant

It’s a small diner in a mall, the staff seem nice they let me order off the senior menu as I have had stomach surgery but won’t let me order off kids menu so I’m stuck having breakfast. It’s not the cleanest place but you can tell the staff try if you looking for a quite side for breakfast sit on bar side as it has great view of parking lot to people and watch as the breakfast side gets busy!

Parking: You can park upstairs and enter the bar side or enter main mall doors and climb the stairs or elevator up but don’t get distracted by the smell of cinnazero

Kid-friendliness: It is bright and good menu for all

Wheelchair accessibility: If you enter the mall you need to take elevator up I have seen wheelchairs and walkers get around on both sides fine

Very rude waitress just tried to tell me where I have to sit when I asked why? She said I have my everything ready here and I have cleaned the rest and closed it??? I cant sit where I want and enjoy my meal for real?? I just left saying nevermind then.As it wasnt even in a polite tone how rude.

Located on the second floor by the East Door and just a short walk to the elevator and back to the restaurant. It has wonderful staff and great service. I found the burger patty was poorly seasoned but the veggies fresh and crispy, the gravy was good. The atmosphere I found typical big family restaurant, it was nice but lacked something.

Food was cooked well but very bland. I've ordered the mushroom burger here before and that was good. For breakfast you're better off at tims in all honesty.

I met some friends for lunch. The service is excellent. The food is okay. I had the BLT with fries. The sandwich was mostly bread, the fixings were all in one spot in the middle, so it looked good & full until you ate it. I would meet friends here again, but I would not be motivated to go on my own.

Food was terrible…. Bland and seemed old. My breakfast sausage seemed like a reheated microwaved hot dog. Food didn’t seem rotten or anything but not fresh and not good. Fast food is far superiors to this. Far far. It was nice to sit in the mall though and waitresses were great. Just food wasn’t good.
