Ale Architect Brewery & Taproom offers a variety of high-quality beers, including the impressive Day Drift session ale, Django Spiced White Beer, Hula Punch NEIPA, Riff Raff West Coast IPA, and Vienna Lager. The brewery also serves delicious pizzas, such as the popular Birch Bear Pizza and the Local Mushroom, Goat Cheese, & Leek Pizza, which has received high praise for being the best pizza ever, even compared to many in Italy. The atmosphere is friendly and chill, with friendly staff providing excellent service that guests consistently praise. Visitors enjoy the patio with friends and often pick up some merch and a four-pack of Yum Yum Juice on the way out. The pizza is quite expensive but is considered a good value as a meal for two, especially the Montreal smoked meat pizza. Overall, the brewery is a great spot for beer and pizza lovers seeking a welcoming environment.
