Worst amore pasta location in the city. They love messing up orders. The big guy with the tattoos does not have any customer service skills or etiquette. He didn’t create my pasta to my standard used a different pasta and added changed the sauce. This has now happened 3 times in different occasions, where I go and my order is not up to my standards. The prices have increased like crazy and they cut out jalepenos as an option for veggies

Amore Pasta downtown was an okay spot for a quick bite, but it didn’t quite live up to the hype. The meal was decent nothing particularly bad, but nothing memorable either. It works if you’re in a rush and just need something to eat, but the flavors felt a bit flat and the overall experience was underwhelming. The staff were polite and service was fairly quick, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to return. It’s fine for convenience, just not something I’d recommend for a special meal.
Had a wonderful experience today with my friend! The customer service was top-notch — the staff member was incredibly attentive, precise, and made sure everything was just right. Definitely planning to come back again!

Ordered online the Bomba pasta. It was good but the customer service was lacking and they weren’t very helpful with accommodating my dietary restrictions the pasta is decent but nothing crazy disappointed
