Ordered the Nicky Santoro. The meal itself was good but way too spicy! Couldn’t finish it unfortunately. If it was less spicy I think it would have been perfect. Wish it was mentioned on the menu how spicy it is like mild moderate or very spicy.

The food is usually good but their online ordering isn’t connected to their system so more than once now we’ve ordered ahead and they missed even receiving the order. We are trying to avoid using something like Skip so they don’t have to give up a percentage of the cost. It’s just incredibly frustrating to order ahead, pay, drive 20 minutes and have to wait 20 minutes for them to make the order, and then head home to eat 20 minutes later. One of the staff was apologetic but the guy there was dismissive with a bad attitude. His stance was to shrug, say it happens, and blame it on them not being notified. After the first time it happened we didn’t order from them for a couple months, I’m not sure we’ll go back any time soon.

Ordered Skip, had the peperoncino and the supremo pizza. The pasta dish was mostly bland with the most flavour coming from the mushrooms. The steak wasn’t very tasteful, and the whole thing was sopping in olive oil pooled at the bottom of my dish. The pizza was decent though. Not sure how it might have been different dining in, but I can’t say I’m too interested in finding out unfortunately.

I have been here 4 times. Every time I have ordered online, go into the restaurant at the correct pickup time, they have forgotten, or "didn't see" my order. I have to wait for another 30 minutes while they make it last minute. I have never had a good experience here, and I will never be back. They don't care about their customers or their experience in the restaurant at all. Save your money, go somewhere where they appreciate your business. It certainly isn't appreciated here.

I just made an order on Uber eats. I got the make your own pasta with Veggies I added the meatballs option +$3.30. All I got was one singular meatball. One! I feel scammed.
