If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. I’ve been ordering from here since they opened a few years ago,food used to be good. I usually ordered through DoorDash, so I never had to deal with them face-to-face. Big mistake changing that.
Last night I placed a large pickup order: rice, butter chicken, paneer poutine, biryani, and paneer. From the second I walked in, it was already a mess. The music was BLASTING at an insane volume, so loud you literally couldn’t hear yourself think. I told the guy at the counter I had a pickup order. He repeated it, but I couldn’t hear a word because apparently a nightclub vibe matters more than customer service. I had to ask him to turn the music down just to communicate like a normal human being.
I get home and surprise,no poutine, no rice, and instead a random item I never ordered. On top of that, I found TWO HAIRS in my butter chicken. Absolutely disgusting.
I called the restaurant four times,no answer. On the fifth call, a man finally picked up and immediately had a nasty, defensive attitude. When I explained what happened, he flat out said, “We don’t do refunds. If you want your poutine, order it on DoorDash.” Excuse me? So your solution to missing items and hair in food is for me to pay AGAIN? We went back and forth until he told me to come speak to his manager the next day at 2.
So today I go in and ask for the manager. I’m told he’s not there. I explain everything, and the employee says, shockingly, no refunds. When I told him who I spoke to on the phone, he said I didn’t speak to that person… because that person was HIM. The guy literally gave me a fake name on the phone. Turns out he was the manager the whole time. What an absolute joke of a business.
After arguing yet again, they finally offered half my money back. Half. I paid $80 for this disaster. Overpriced, careless, and completely downhill.
Terrible management, zero accountability, filthy food, and disgusting attitudes. If you’re craving Indian food, go literally anywhere else, or cook it yourself. Supporting this place is a waste of money and patience.

Hi , i gone there for tikki chat that was amazing ever i ate. I met with arshdeep he has a good behaviour and well know about customer service good guy appreciate his efforts. Thks nice place to eat .

The service are really bad. I ordered aloo tikki chat from here usually but with last two times they are doing mix up with papdi and In first I think so its a mistake but today I confirmed the ingredients and still they made the same and then I refused to take the food and thry even did not give my refund and denied to accept their mistake. The guy even speaks rudely and even does not told me to make it again and even do not give my refund. Never recommend this place.

I ordered Gobi Pakora from Apna Taba, and it was honestly a bad experience. The pakoras were completely covered in thick besan, not crunchy at all, and had no taste. They were also undercooked — felt raw inside. On top of that, the chutney they provided was thinner than water. Overall, very disappointed with the quality and preparation. Definitely not worth the money.
Good food, good customer service and good aura. Everything you need in a calm and steady in taste place.

Order anything but not mix vegetables. Mix vegetable are made of frozen vegetables which are not even thawed properly. It seems I may broke my tooth while eating there mix vegetables. On my first order of mix vegetables i thought it happen sometime but in total I gave three try and every time it's getting worse. And cost wise it is more expensive In comparison to other same restaurants.

I had my first experience recently at this resturant. The Fish Pakora was so tasty and cooked just right. I found the samosas very oilly, but they tasted good. I appreciated all the sauces they gave me. I would go back to try their other dishes.
