The place may look simple, but the food is absolutely delicious, authentic, and full of flavor. Chat Papdi and chole bhature were especially amazing. Quanity was huge. The staff was super friendly and service was fast and welcoming. A great new spot worth supporting!

I Beleive Management changed i order last two days in a row. Both times Butter Naan did not fermented you feel you eating a Baked Maida or Flour Saage. Butter chicken teasts bad lack flavours little bitter. Its going to be My last order today. I been ordering for last 4 yrs. After my last 2 orders experience Not Happy

Apna Dhaba is a great Indian restaurant. The food is delicious, with lots of flavor. The butter chicken and naan are especially good. The service is friendly, and the atmosphere is nice. If you like Indian food, you should try it!

The food is always great tasting! Our favourites is their vegetarian samosas, garlic naan, Chana masala, tandoori chicken and fish pakora. We always order these plus a main with rice…butter chicken or vindaloo mostly. Service is friendly but they always underestimate pick up time…I usually pick up at least 20 minutes after they say it’s ready. Restaurant is always clean but not really a place to eat your meal as it’s very small with limited, uncomfortable seating. Only complaint I have is that they always add cilantro even when I ask for “no cilantro”. Also, depending on the cook, the spice levels and dish flavours vary…sometimes medium is perfect and other times it’s too spicy. I have never tried their sweets, but plan to do so in near future. Love this place for Indian food on the far north side and definitely recommend trying them out!
I'll give them a 3 star only because they make up for their delays and errors in billjng with their food to a certain extent. Never, I mean never has the order been ready on time. If I tell them I will be there between 6 and 6:15, and when I arrive at say 6:10 to pickup, they tell me that it will take 5 minutes and the order arrives after 20 mins. Maybe this is okay for many, but not for me. Its ridiculous. Will still buy from them because as I said before their food is good. But not sure worth that much of a wait, especially for a pre-order!!!!
