Came in yesterday at around 1:30 for some lunch. Ordered a deluxe potato and the 2 for 12$ Arbynator deal. The two older blonde ladies were standing in drive thru loudly complaining about the young girl in the lobby who was mopping the floor. Stating that it was about time she did something. It was very unprofessional and rude. I felt bad for the girl mopping the floor since if I could hear her, so could she. Then when I was ordering the one lady kept cutting me off as though in a hurry to finish the order. I had to tell her that I wasn’t finished ordering before she actually allowed me to finish.
On a positive note, the food was good. The customer service, however, needs work.

If I could give zero Stars I would I must say the bigger manager she has some serious issues she needs to learn her place in this brand takes no accountability when issues arise looks like a slob no name tag dirty shirt stay far away from the store unless you want hair in your food and no accountability for their mistakes except a third degree on why you didn't come back sooner it was only the night prior absolutely disgusted will never come back I will recommend everyone to stay far away

I'm not sure why the other reviews are so negative. The service, cleanliness, and speed of orders plus how clean the bathrooms and dining area are is top notch honestly. I sometimes feel like the service people receive is in direct relation to how rude they probably themselves are. Like I said the service is excellent and the food is always consistently good and fresh.
I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews (took me 15 min to even log in to make this review), but my experience today at the Arby’s on 12805 50 St around 4:10 PM was shockingly poor. I came in with my laptop, intending to grab a meal and get some work done—especially since the tables have plug-ins and seem designed for that kind of use.
When I asked if there was Wi-Fi, an older Middle Eastern employee front of counter bluntly responded, “No, not for customers.” I was surprised and asked why not, pointing out that McDonald’s in the same lot offers Wi-Fi. Her response? “Then why are you here? Go there.” She then laughed and walked off while the other staff around her joined in. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary.
She walked away without a single apology and even gave me a nasty look before heading outside. One of the other employees attempted to smooth things over by saying she “meant it differently,”.
Despite the disrespect, I stayed, tethered my own Wi-Fi from my phone, and ate my food. But the attitude and complete lack of basic customer service made it clear why it’s been years since I’ve been to this location—and why I won’t be coming back.
**Management should review the security footage from the moment I walked in—**and use it as a training video on how not to treat your customers. As you might have figured by now — I did not ring the ‘service was great’ bell at the door.

Drove 30min to this Arby’s for a classic roast beef with cheddar. Also needed to use the bathroom, the manager refused to turn the lights on until I ordered something. I couldn’t wait so I went in the dark.
When I came out, I ordered my classic roast beef sandwich with cheddar sauce.. they gave me the wrong bun (onion bun when it should have been sesame seed), next to no roast beef and smothered the bottom bun in disgusting red ranch. Not at all what I ordered. I come here often and they seem to ALWAYS make this mistake. I will not be coming here again for a very long time.
With these constant screw ups and stupid in store rules, it’s no wonder there’s only 3 restaurants left in the city

I can't make a review on the food as I didn't order any food items however the orange shake with whipped cream on top was on par omg I loved it! Great visit for a first time ever being at one.
Had the Turkey Bacon Swiss combo with curly fries and iced tea. Was so good. And the blueberry turnover is always so yummy. service was good as well.. friendly and fairly quick!
