My first visit to this Arby's - it's fantastic!! The cleanest restaurant in Edmonton - great staff - great energy - I will be a regular :)

For years I like the roast beef sandwich/ combo and I always go to wash up and empty my bladder. I went to the wash room no light I went out asking why the 2 or 3 girls with uniform say YOU HAVE TO ORDER THEN USE THE WASH ROOM. I almost do it on my self, then went to TIM HORTEN FOR FOOD AND WASH ROOM. Now when I crave for roast beef I have to go to St. Albert branch, the one on the west closed also.
I called 3 branches on Edmonton they do not lock the wash room.
Now owners regulation, and that's why the place is always EMPTY
I come to this location alot sure not every day is great but the food and staff are usually very pleasant just wish the parking lot was better

Staff very friendly, fast service. Unfortunately food was a different story. Ordered the 2 for $12 Arbinators, and 2 large fries. Got home, only 1 large fries in bag and 1 of the Arbinators had no roast beef! Just cheese, arbys sauce and curly fries. How do you forget the roast beef on a roast beef sandwich?
*Update* I did in fact go to the website suggested to give further details, and still did not hear back or get any resolution, even more disappointed now

Ordered chicken fingers and fries, food was very good warm and delicious. Staff was very friendly. A bit pricey here ngl, I would prefer if they lowered the price on the chicken tenders.

Screwed up my order not once but twice. Gravy was tasteless and bland, the sandwiches didn't taste right. Even the deep fried pickles were messed up. Place was clean I guess.

Only giving 1 star because there's no option for 0 star. We went in to buy food, but went to use the washrooms first. The girl yelled at my husband, then shut the lights off on us. (Which is ridiculous too in that nearly everyone nowadays has a phone with a flashlight! 🙄😂) I came out and questioned them about the lights, and between the 3 women trying to answer, they contradicted themselves repeatedly. Also said shutting the lights off was for safety reasons. What ?????? 🤨🤔 They lost the order I came in to make, and I will never be back to buy from them again.

Arbys is always fantastic. They has surprisingly good chicken sandwiches. Id also recommed to try the montreal smoked meat. Their iced tea is very good too.

the food i had here today was amazing, outstanding staff. extremely nice. they were informed that it was my first time at arby’s. and they made my arby’s experience 10x better
I ordered off uber eats, even tho the uber app was unable to accommodate my additional requests, I left a note and the arbys team was able to help accommodate my request and even left a smiley face on my bag to show they actually pay attention. I very much appreciate that the team went the extra mile to accommodate and that they also left a smiley face drawn on my delivery bag to make me smile. I'll definitely order here again or even better, come see yall in person

I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich The chicken pieces it had were almost non existing we told them they were much smaller than usually they said it was normal we asked them to make a new one with bigger piece and they gave it to me very sloppy with sauce everywhere

Came in yesterday at around 1:30 for some lunch. Ordered a deluxe potato and the 2 for 12$ Arbynator deal. The two older blonde ladies were standing in drive thru loudly complaining about the young girl in the lobby who was mopping the floor. Stating that it was about time she did something. It was very unprofessional and rude. I felt bad for the girl mopping the floor since if I could hear her, so could she. Then when I was ordering the one lady kept cutting me off as though in a hurry to finish the order. I had to tell her that I wasn’t finished ordering before she actually allowed me to finish.
On a positive note, the food was good. The customer service, however, needs work.
