Been stopping here for better part of 15 years. Pretty much the same order every time. Always been GREAT service. I've ALWAYS asked for an extra straw as I don't like to share mine. She told me she has to charge me I said she must be mistaken, she said no extra Straw without extra money... was fine 2 days ago... she was smug amd very unfriendly. Won't be back to this location. Thanks straw lady.

I stopped here quickly to use the washrooms to change my baby on the change tables because she let out a doozy. The lights were off I asked if they can turn on the lights so I can quickly change my daughter and they told me no. I have to buy something first. I had no money and just wanted to change my baby. They suck and are heartless. Would NOT recommend this place if they cant even turn on their lights for that. Note: as I was scrolling down after I wrote the first paragraph it asked about kid friendly ness hahahahha what a joke

I've been happily experiencing Arby's for the first time I was introduced over a week ago really enjoying the roast beef unfortunately, this particular location blackmails you. If you find that you need to use your washroom you'll find that the lights are turned off when you go to ask please turn them on, the blackmail you and tell you you have to order something first. Now I have no problem ordering something but I have a problem with blackmailing me because of your stupid bathroom I will never use this Arby's again and I recommend never anybody to use it I hope it dries up and blows away.

My granddaughter and I have been going to this Arby's for lunch on Sundays, also this past Saturday, for a month now. The food is good, the best Poutine according to my granddaughter, and the staff are awesome.
