I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews (took me 15 min to even log in to make this review), but my experience today at the Arby’s on 12805 50 St around 4:10 PM was shockingly poor. I came in with my laptop, intending to grab a meal and get some work done—especially since the tables have plug-ins and seem designed for that kind of use.
When I asked if there was Wi-Fi, an older Middle Eastern employee front of counter bluntly responded, “No, not for customers.” I was surprised and asked why not, pointing out that McDonald’s in the same lot offers Wi-Fi. Her response? “Then why are you here? Go there.” She then laughed and walked off while the other staff around her joined in. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary.
She walked away without a single apology and even gave me a nasty look before heading outside. One of the other employees attempted to smooth things over by saying she “meant it differently,”.
Despite the disrespect, I stayed, tethered my own Wi-Fi from my phone, and ate my food. But the attitude and complete lack of basic customer service made it clear why it’s been years since I’ve been to this location—and why I won’t be coming back.
**Management should review the security footage from the moment I walked in—**and use it as a training video on how not to treat your customers. As you might have figured by now — I did not ring the ‘service was great’ bell at the door.

Drove 30min to this Arby’s for a classic roast beef with cheddar. Also needed to use the bathroom, the manager refused to turn the lights on until I ordered something. I couldn’t wait so I went in the dark.
When I came out, I ordered my classic roast beef sandwich with cheddar sauce.. they gave me the wrong bun (onion bun when it should have been sesame seed), next to no roast beef and smothered the bottom bun in disgusting red ranch. Not at all what I ordered. I come here often and they seem to ALWAYS make this mistake. I will not be coming here again for a very long time.
With these constant screw ups and stupid in store rules, it’s no wonder there’s only 3 restaurants left in the city

Had the Turkey Bacon Swiss combo with curly fries and iced tea. Was so good. And the blueberry turnover is always so yummy. service was good as well.. friendly and fairly quick!

Been stopping here for better part of 15 years. Pretty much the same order every time. Always been GREAT service. I've ALWAYS asked for an extra straw as I don't like to share mine. She told me she has to charge me I said she must be mistaken, she said no extra Straw without extra money... was fine 2 days ago... she was smug amd very unfriendly. Won't be back to this location. Thanks straw lady.

I stopped here quickly to use the washrooms to change my baby on the change tables because she let out a doozy. The lights were off I asked if they can turn on the lights so I can quickly change my daughter and they told me no. I have to buy something first. I had no money and just wanted to change my baby. They suck and are heartless. Would NOT recommend this place if they cant even turn on their lights for that. Note: as I was scrolling down after I wrote the first paragraph it asked about kid friendly ness hahahahha what a joke
