Arby’s sure has went downhill $6.30 for a deluxe potatoe…which was cold and i had to fight with to get out of the skin…( terrible wooden fork… no knife available) pretty tasteless and disappointing…. And if the sandwiches even resembled the Photos…. Well that would be something… very disappointed for the money…. Ohhh and the wife had mac & cheese….. equally disappointing (very tasteless and pasty) We Will not be back… ever

Arbys has definitely gone down hill. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Swiss and the piece of chicken was so small and thin, there was more bread and lettuce than chicken. Also...got loaded curly fries barely any topping on it....and I dont know what kind of cheese they use..but its awful. Sad cuz I used to love Arby's

I ordered my food for delivery, so I can't comment on the service or atmosphere. What I do wonder though, is it normal practice to use a single, small chicken finger that covers less than half of the already small bun of a jr. chicken? I knew it would be smaller on account of it being a jr., but when I open up a chicken sandwich and my first thought is they've forgotten to put the chicken in at all.. not great. That being said, the food itself (once I got a bite that actually had some chicken) was decent.
