Tucked away in West Edmonton, Atlas Steak and Fish is a culinary gem that redefines the steakhouse experience. From the moment you step inside, the elegant yet welcoming atmosphere embraces you, with soft live piano music creating an enchanting backdrop to your dining adventure. The star of the evening is undoubtedly their jaw-dropping 55oz tomahawk steak - a masterpiece that practically melts in your mouth. Cooked to perfection in their signature smoke oven, this beast of a dish is a carnivore's ultimate dream. But the culinary journey doesn't stop there. The goat cheese bruschetta is absolutely divine, and the table-side Caesar salad adds a dramatic, spicy twist that elevates the entire experience. A surprise highlight was the pre-cracked King Crab, a thoughtful touch that made indulgence effortless. The Brussels sprout side dish was a revelation - scrumptious and unlike anything I've encountered before. Wine enthusiasts will swoon over the Masi Amarone, a pure expression of elegance in a glass. Service was outstanding, though there was an awkward moment when we were unexpectedly questioned about our ability to pay. This minor hiccup did little to detract from the overall exceptional dining experience. Decently priced for the quality, Atlas offers remarkable value. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply craving an extraordinary meal, this restaurant delivers a memorable culinary journey that will have you planning your return before you've even finished your last bite. Highly recommended for steak lovers and fine dining enthusiasts.

Jon was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. Our water glasses never emptied and his recommendations on the menu were appreciated. We came near close on a Thursday and it was quite, which may have helped with our exceptional service. Every dish being out very quick with great presentation left a full impression of great service. I am definitely coming back and would recommend others try it at least once.

Wonderful atmosphere, an offered selection of knives for your main, lovely desserts, service, and the fresh baked bread is lovely. Will be taking my wife here for our anniversary. Jon was attentive, polite, cheerful, and my glass was never empty. Thank you for the experience.

We had the fixed menu (shrimp cocktail and lobster/halibut risotto), which was excellent; and the caviar plate was outstanding! Great place to have a high-end meal with family or friends. Not the most "romantic" atmosphere as overhead music is loud, lighting was too bright, and there is no table intimacy. Most everyone was dressed semi-formally, although there were several people in T-shirts and shorts. Service is the best in Edmonton - they truly make you feel special. We will definitely return.
I ordered the Tomahawk Pork Chop from the Price Fixe menu. It was delicious and picture perfect. It looked just like the website picture. The Josper grill really adds a wonderful taste. I started with the Beef Carpacio and finished with the Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar, both were very tasty. The Carpacio was nearly a meal in itself. My partner had the Steakhouse Salad and Sea Bream, both enjoyable. Service from Host and Server was pleasant and timely. The only negative (for us) was we found the music just a touch too loud for our senior ears, affecting our conversation. 😀
Lovely night out for our anniversary. Piano player played our wedding song, meal was great and cocktail was delicious. Our server John was friendly and accommodating

We had a wonderful time at Atlas. Great ambience, perfect for a date night. We went on a Saturday night and it wasn't too busy. Jon was our server and he was very attentive. Made sure we were well taken care of. The food was yum yum yum! The fresh bread with the blue cheese butter was amazing. The mains were a tad too salty for my liking but were still delicious. The porkchop was juicy and tender. Parts of the meringue on the baked alaska ended up being a bit too burnt, but we just scraped the burnt bits off and were able to thoroughly enjoy it still. We will be back!

Wow! Amazing! Beef Carpaccio and Tenderloin were perfection. Shea went above and beyond to make sure we had a super relaxing and amazing anniversary Dinner. Piano player came by, asked if we had any personal requests for music overall best place I've went to in a while.
It was a pleasure to receive top notch service, once again. My son and I have returned after a week previously dining here, and that speaks for itself. Excellence and class! Thank you again, and see you in September.
