This was my first time dining here and the experience exceeded expectations. The food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. Alexis was attentive, knowledgeable, and provided excellent recommendations. Truly one of the best dining experiences I've had in a while.
Food was good but the service was disappointing. The server Jason brought the bill before we asked, seemed to rush us, and didn't know when the restaurant closed. He assumed the bill would be split in two and seemed annoyed when asked to separate it. One side came late, and even though he said it wouldn't be charged, we still paid for it.
It didn't start off well because they had no record of our reservation. At first I thought maybe I had booked the wrong restaurant but then I showed them my confirmation email and we were in the right place. This was the second time that we have been to an Atlas, the first one downtown Edmonton. That experience was amazing and unfortunately this one fell short.
