Best espresso I've had since coming to edmonton, and I've been trying every coffeehouse I find. They have some decent coffee accessories if you're like me and are travelling light.

I ordered an iced Americano here and it was honestly one of the worst I’ve ever had — it tasted bitter, watered down, and completely off. When I mentioned it to the staff, instead of offering to fix it or replace the drink, they made me pay again for something else. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. A coffee shop should stand behind the quality of their drinks and care about customer experience, but that wasn’t the case here. I won’t be coming back.

This was a super cute cafe, had lots of drink options, and also a good amount of snacks. I love the bubble waffles those looks super good. I had the blueberry Danish and it was delicious.

One of my favourite coffee nooks. Out of the way with a fair # of tables and bench seats. The benches have power built in too charge so a few students come here. It is part of the pharmacy in a little medical mall. Excellent bubble waffles. Coffee and tea are excellent with a good variety and pastries are from Cobb's Bakery. Prices are reasonable too. Only downside is it closes around 5pm.

Awake Coffee House is an excellent café just a stones throw from the Blackmud Creek Ravine. It is located within / is attached to a pharmacy which is great if you need somewhere to wait while your prescription is filled.
The café has a wonderful atmosphere and there are lots of beverage options. The selection for snacks is small, but they are all delicious. The staff are also very friendly.
I’ll happily return again in the future.

Tons of varieties of coffee, but I missed the beautiful presentation I have come to expect in a coffee specialty place. . I tried a lavender honey latte but I couldn’t taste the difference. With the cost of coffee, I really do expect something more than what I can get at a fast food place.

We had a large mocha, a flat white and the plain bubble waffles (with berry compote and chocolate sauce). The coffee was hot and delicious. The waffles were quite tasty, with a bit of a crunchy edge. As a blind patron, I found the access good. No issues and plenty of tables available.

Loved it here, great coffee and service. I just noticed the reviewer before me said there are no lactose free milk options at all...? I get oat milk here every time and my sister gets almond...no idea what they're talking about, they always have oat, almond, soy. I definitely recommend this place.
