This my favourite bánh mì place but some days it is randomly closed and when it's open, occasionally no one is out front working the counter. Eg: today i walked in, could clearly hear someone working in the back, attempted by making my presence known by shouting HELLO?? and walking in and out of the store 3 times so the door chimed. Nothing. This is terrible not to mention dangerous for your workers. Im extremely disappointed. Bánh mì is top notch but your customer service is non existent (because they are never there)

Such delicious banh mi on house-baked baguette! Bread was perfection—crunchy on the outside but not overly so, and it was beautifully chewy and soft on the inside side. The charbroiled pork itself was totally incredible, like nothing I’ve had before. Super flavourful and tender. Veggies (shredded carrots, thinly sliced cukes, big sprigs of cilantro) were nice and crisp. I wasn’t expecting the fresh hot peppers (and I’m a total wimp with spice) so I just took those off.
Loved it so much and will be back!

I had the Charbroiled Beef Baguette. 🥖 The baguette was amazing. Fresh, soft, chewy. Filling in the sandwich was also good. Decent amount, lots of flavour. I'll go back for sure.

Extremely poor customer service, I’m trying to order from last 4days but they always says that we’re ran out of shredded chicken banh mi and last day they told me to order in the morning. So, today I ordered at 10:00am and I told them to pick it up at 2:30pm I just got free from my work now and called again that I’m coming to pick it up, but they again said that its out of stock. Disgusting customer service and they don’t know how to work or what to do. Really frustrating from this store.
