Im not going to complain about the wait time, despite restaurant being empty, some take out orders could have delayed some stuff. But the fact of waiting so long and get home to find that you are missing a burguer ( my fault, should have checked) that you paid for and fries still frozen on the inside, makes me think how are you still in business.. definitely a learning experience. The burguer ( only one that came) was actually tasty but doesn't compensate for lack of costumer service.

Might want to tell your chef Cody to stop running his mouth on that internet and representing this place

Burger was super dry and tasteless, fries were not even cooked fully and way over seasoned. Ended up tossing them. Probably one of the worst places I’ve ordered from. Not worth the money what so ever.

We ordered on door dash. The burgers were great! The poutine in duck fat gravy was horrible. The fries were not cooked at all and crunched like raw potatoe when I bit into them. I tried several fries to make sure it just wasn't the first bite. The gravy was really good.

Amazing food. We had the OG burger, Dr BBQ, and vegan mushroom burger, with some crack fries. Unreal. It was so tasty. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious burger. Staff was super friendly. Can't say enough good things.

The Duck Tots I'm told were delicious, but they weighed 4 times as much as my burger. I got the peanut butter burger. Where was the burger? Where was the bacon? Where was the banana aoli? The only thing I could taste were the hickory sticks covered in peanut butter. The smash burger was so small I had to open the bun to make sure it was there. Bacon was 1 thin slice. I couldn't eat a quarter of the burger and I was still hungry. I understand smash burger, but I was wanting a burger. This was not a burger by any definition.

Tried the sugarskull burger, and a strawberry poptart milkshake; absolutely spectacular. I eat a lot of burgers, I know a good burger when I try one and I think that was the best burger I've ever had. The marrow made it sooo rich and flavorful, the sauce was awesome. The place is a little bit of a hole in the wall, but DAMN the food is amazing

I do not think this is worth the money nor is it the best burger in the city. I think you could easily recreate it for half the price and it would taste equally as good from burger baron or MacDonalds. Not life changing and way overpriced. Patty was paper thin and flavorless. The bun was nice and soft and buttery but the patty was twice the size of the bun so I was basically holding the patty for the last couple bites and it was very messy. I was expecting big pieces of thick cut bacon but I didn't even get two bacon strips. It was like one strip in three pieces. I also asked for no cheese and they gave it to me with cheese so I had to drive back and get it re-made. They don't remove or substitute the price if you take away or sub anything either so I was charged an extra 1.50 for BBQ sauce on my patty. That's like 20$ for the burger alone with sauce and tax and tip--no sides or drinks. If you got money to blow sure it fine it good it's satisfying. It wouldn't taste different if I got it anywhere else that sells burgers and covered it in sauces. Also the fries taste exactly the same as any generic frozen food fry you get a burger baron or any generic event food truck.

I just arrived at their place at 1:40 to be told that they can’t make a burger and they could make me fries though… Their restaurant literally says “backstars burger” Haven’t had supper not really their issue obviously lol but seriously why close before you’re actually supposed to be?!
