This unsuspecting burger joint will often surprise you with the flavours and ingredient combos. I’ve yet to try something I don’t like and they also have a monthly menu item from a local colab to try out. The odd time they might be out of a certain ingredient/meat by end of day but no big deal. Dining in is doable and gets the job done but I think most take out… though I wouldn’t recommend eating some of them like the Italian Stallion in your car unless you have lots of...

I had the pleasure of eating at Backstairs Burger this last Saturday with Food Bike Tour. I was over the moon with the burger and crack fries. Levi is amazing and the food was spectacular 👍👍

I had the Professor PB & J, a small order of fries, and a What the Fudge?! shake.

Burger was amazing. The patty was charred perfectly and very tasty. The condiments were perfect, and the bun is soft and delicious. Only (very minor) negative is the bun to meat ratio was a touch high, but I am nitpicking. I highly recommend trying this burger.

Fries were good and crispy, lightly flavoured.
