The worst customer service I call before I went at 9;00 they told me I was good for come in and then after I arrived they give me a table but minutes later they kicked us out from the restaurant because they closed kitchen but we already have a table and we are inside they didn’t care just take us out from the restaurant

We’ve been coming to Baekjeon regularly and always order the same set by pointing to the image on the menu—never had an issue until now. Last night, we did the same. The server repeated back “premium,” and we assumed that was simply the name of the set we pointed at. It turned out to be a completely different meal priced at $140, instead of our usual $99.
We only realized the order was different when we started grilling some of the meat—the kids excitedly placed a few pieces on the grill. The moment we noticed something was off, we informed the staff immediately. We hadn’t eaten any of the meat when all of this happened. Still, the staff insisted it was our mistake.
One server claimed we “must have” pointed at the premium set, which simply isn’t true—the premium menu was on an entirely different page. We were confident in what we pointed to, as we always are.
They offered 10% discount but refused to acknowledge any accountability. When we asked to speak with the manager, we were told they had already left.
We understand that mistakes can happen. But what’s disappointing is the way this was handled—with deflection and no effort to make it right. This was meant to be a special birthday dinner, but it was overshadowed by miscommunication and the staff’s refusal to take responsibility.

The food was great. They have call buttons for their servers which is nice so they don't need to hover and you can get assistance when you need it. All the staff were friendly and helpful, their bathrooms are nice, clean, and even offer complimentary mouth wash cups. It was a great experience, this style of dining was a lot of fun for our group.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Jude is a great server; he is efficient, respectful, and attentive. The food is also great. I highly recommend this place!

Pricy but worth it for a special occasion. Did the combo for 4. Everything came out quickly once ordered. They use a bell service to call the servers to your table so they do not come unless called which is different.

Had supper there yesterday and it is one of the best BBQ restaurants in AB (definitely much better than anything I've tried in SK).
Impressive things:
- food was fresh and tasty
- the servers took the time explaining what sauce goes with what food, and even found me a hair tie! 🤩
- they didn't take long to take your order or bring food up
- they have Listerine in the washroom for you to rinse your mouth after
We ordered: (1) premium combo for 2 with also comes with a soup of your choice (1) gopchang gui - pan fried small intestine, potato, onion
