I love these bagels so much but I have had 4 consecutive negative experiences so I had to dock off some stars.
First I was given the wrong bagels, which is an easy mistake to make, but since then I have had really bad luck visiting the new location. They are consistently sold out of bagels, or only have 1 or two left, much earlier than closing. The (unfriendly) girl at the front has told me “we’re never sold out at this time it’s just because of __”, so I gave it another shot and proceed to come consecutively earlier, tried different days of the week and still each time I have been disappointed. I understand that I can order them, but the point of a storefront is to be able to come and grab a bagel on the go, which does not cater to people who work during weekday mornings. I have come before noon, as early as I could possibly get there, and they are sold out of most bagels even though the store hours say until 4pm.
My suggestion would be to make more, and maybe reserve some of each kind for the afternoon so that people who can’t make it there right when the store opens have a chance! It makes me sad because they taste delicious but I won’t be returning unless something changes in the current sale structure. :(

Best bagels. BEST cookies. I have never tasted a better cookie in my life. I shared a dozen assorted bagels with friends and family and nothing but raving reviews. So glad I finally tried it.
EDIT: Took off a star because I have returned several times and the same tall lady who works the front is never friendly. Always feels like I am inconveniencing her by being there.

Bagels are absolutely bangin, can't go wrong with anything there. Some favorites are the salmon cream cheese, which is probably the best I've ever had, the zesty dill when they had it and the very popular rosemary honey. For bagels, we love the salted rosemary and the cheesy everything ones, roasted jalapeno is so solid too.
I would have bought butters/cream cheese, and just way more than I did, if the worker had been even the slightest bit pleasant.

Finally stopped in the morning of August 28 and i regret not coming sooner. Service was fast and the cashier was friendly. The chive and cheese cream cheese paired with the chive and cheese bagel was amazing. I will defintely be back! Thank you guys :)
