Love me some Bei Wei. Of course, I have certain things I love, such as the lobster dumplings and my new fav the green beans with dried or fried small fish I believe. I was worried it was going to be fishy it isnt . It has onions which goes well with the beans and fish. Most people who go to Bei wei are of Asian descent, so they may also know this is a good place (wink). More authentic dishes are the way to go here, although their ginger beef is pretty good. They have dim sum at lunchtime by the way. Not a big menu for dim sum, but like I said loooooove the lobster, which, by the way is shrimp dumplings. Named lobster I think for the shape, maybe. I am there alot!

Visit: March 2024The food was good, but the bills piled up pretty quickly, which is kind of expected for dimsum. Each dish was around $6 which was a bit pricey in my opinion. The quality of food was about average, maybe a bit above, so its not too bad to go for dimsum. Wasn't able to try anything from the lunch menu though. The pineapple pork buns come in 3s which is nice, snd the sticky rice comes in 2sThe staff was very kind and also had surprisingly good English if you don't know Cantonese, there wouldn't be any issues eating here.

Very packed space, not much room to move.Always check the order for take out, sometimes things are missing or forgotten. Not on purpose, but it seems to happen often. No where to stand for take out... Super inconvenient.

The service is excellent! The price is fair, too bad the oyster is not available but they serve some dish thats not very common in other Chinese restaurant.
