Great selection of various European style cheesecake and other sweets. Excellent prices as well, will be returning!

Baltyk Bakery is one of the best hidden gems for authentic European pastries in the area. Everything here tastes homemade — fresh, rich, and perfectly balanced in flavor. The napoleons are light and flaky, the chocolate desserts are indulgent without being overly sweet, and the bread selection is always top-notch.
The staff are friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they take pride in their baking. The atmosphere is cozy and filled with the smell of freshly baked goods, which makes every visit a treat. Highly recommend stopping by if you want genuine Polish-style pastries done right!

Tried a few different items, all were extremely bland and stale and the square was burnt on the bottom. All items tasted like they had barely any sugar and were extremely bitter and not at all sweet. Everything was soggy and tasted as though it was baked several days earlier, if not even earlier. Very disappointing.

I randomly found this bakery & everything looked sooo good. I got 2 different coconut cakes & the pineapple cake. I got all that & a drink for $13.83 & I didn’t even sit down before trying them. Everything tasted amazing & this will definitely be my go to bakery

For Angelica!
A gorgeous smile in a sweet store! What good combination!
Out of curiosity I walked in 3-4 years ago! This gorgeous Polish lady asked me what do I need. I was so mesmerized by her beauty and smile that I bought lots of stuff that I didn't need, but I was keep ordering just to talk with her! Ever since, I keep going there and I buy bakery just to see her smile!
In my view she represents the store! Time is very expensive for me and I don't live close to this store. Angelica is the only reason I'm going there for years in a row now!

Just happened to pass by, thought I'd stop and try something. Tried some apple and blueberry buns. Were excellent!
Also was told sourdough bread is a healthier bread. I now stop there weekly and buy some.
It's very satisfying!
Absolutely fantastic bakery! The pastries are incredibly delicious, with rich, homemade flavors that truly stand out. The place itself has a warm, welcoming feel, and everything is always fresh. The only downside is that they accept debit cards only, which can be a bit inconvenient — but honestly, the quality makes it worth it. Highly recommended!
We ordered a bunch of paczki (Polish donuts) for Fat Thursday. They were very tasty. I ate far too many. 😁
Cute little bakery tucked away near the royal alexandria hospital. Has great prices, especially for handmade goods. Bought several pastries and loved each one, absolutely delicious. Super fresh and tasty. Highly recommend if you want to try traditional polish baked goods, and want high quality handmade goods from a family owned bakery. Will be back for more in the future!

Consistently amazing desserts. This is by far my favorite place to get desserts/bread. The ladies inside are great, even if you don’t speak Polish.

Tried their famous poppyseed cheesecake and Napoleon. It’s the best dessert place in Edmonton! They have so many of options, and so inexpensive. The whole piece of cake costed 3$

Haven't been to this bakery for about a year. But I must say that the quality is sub par to say the least. I'm assuming that you're buying day old plus donuts and pastries!!! Not impressed ?, plus you shouldn't have kids running around behind the back counter due to health and safety regulations!!!
