The king of banh mi is in Calgary at a place called ThiThi. Unfortunately no one in Edmonton is even close to that. We have been to this location a few times but was really disappointed on the last one. Every time we have to wipe the tables clean. What annoyed me though this time is the young fellow that was working there was sitting on the back on his phone rather than cleaning the table that had dishes on it. What really got me though to write this review was the meat. Yes inflation is making everyone cut corners but using meat that is super chewy is completely unacceptable. Had to spit out over half the meat as it was full of gristle or plain simply not edible. Will give it one more chance at some point in time so hopefully by then they have things figured out.
Amazing taste we enjoyed.

Popped into this quaint spot for some Pho. Boy were we pleasantly surprised. I had the Beef Satay and my daughter had the Beef Pho. The soup was soo good. Grear portions, reasonably priced. Staff was super friendly. Not a ton of seating..but was really clean. Definitely will be a repeat customer. Highly recommend:)

Very good staff and excellent food! Myself I had never been intill just recently.. I can’t stop going, at very least I am in once a week for something you can’t go wrong. I will eventually work my way through the entire menu! I can recommend for anyone the number 13 sub for now it’s my personal favourite.

We paid $44 plus 20% tip for lunch. My daughter wanted a bubble tea, she order one after lunch and paid with my Mastercard. The lady called me up to the register to charge me a tip for the bubble tea because my daughter didn’t know how to use the tip portion. She charged it separate, how pathetic. This place is not worth it, they skimp on the protein and the actual restaurant is not clean or maintained. There’s better places out there. We will not be coming back! They said they charged us for the bottle of water, we brought that from home. Check your camera! Thanks.

First time here and though there are only 4 tables, the sub was delicious. The meat was plentiful and the bread just made the sub excellent. Menu has many choices and I found the prices really reasonable, definitely worth checking out. Service was great and we were well looked after.

Thx for delicious brisket!’
Super hot inside of here, unbearably so. I took my food to go but couldn’t even wait inside for it. The banh mi was quite good, the salad rolls I’d skip next time. Barely any shrimp inside, chewy and flavourless.
My soup was delicious, and the bubble was fantastic 👍👍👍👍
The wor won ton soup I ordered was amazing👌👌👌

Absolutely Delicious – A Must-Try!
Banh Mi Nhon Hoa is hands down the best Vietnamese food we’ve had in Canada! Everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful. We meant to order Pho Tai (beef noodle soup), but accidentally asked for “Pho Thai” — and we’re so glad we did! The chef created a special Vietnamese/Thai fusion soup just for us, and it was insanely good. We’re already craving another bowl!
The service was warm, friendly, and welcoming. You can really feel the pride and care that goes into both the food and the experience.
Highly recommend this place — we can’t wait to come back!
